Abstract
Masalah yang menjadi kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah belum optimalnya kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Indramayu, Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 55pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Indramayu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey eksplanasi (explanatory survey.). Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui penyebaran angket yang dikembangkan dengan menggunakan model rating scale. Data yang telah terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi ganda. Hasil analisa data menunjukkan bahwatingkat motivasi intrinsik dan tingkat disiplin kerja pegawai berada pada kategori tinggi. Begitupun tingkat kinerja pegawai berada pada kategori tinggi.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: Terdapat pengaruh motivasi intrinsik dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Indramayu baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kata kunci: Motivasi Intrinsik, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai Problem which becomes main study in this research is not optimal yet of employee performance in Education Department of Indramayu Regency, this research studied about the intrinsic motivation and work discipline toward employee performance. The respondent in this research is amount of 55 employees in Education Department of Indramayu Regency. The method that used in this research is explanatory survey method. The data in this research is collected through the questionnaire which is developed with rating scale model. The collected data is analyzed by using simple regression analysis and fold regression analysis. The data analysis result shows that intrinsic motivation level and work discipline level is in high categories. It is same with employee performances which are in high categories level. The research results show that: there is influence between intrinsic motivation and work discipline toward employee performance in Education Department of Indramayu Regency well in partially as well as simulant.
