Abstract

Penelitian tentangpenerapanpembelajaranberbasisproyek, pemecahanmasalahdanpenemuanterhadapkemampuanmenalardanliterasilingkungansiswa SMP padakonseppencemaran airtelahdilaksanakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur dan menganalisis peningkatan atau gain dan membandingkan hasil pembelajaranberbasisproyek, pemecahanmasalahdanpenemuanterhadapkemampuanmenalardanliterasilingkungansiswa SMP padakonseppencemaran air. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quassi experimentaldengan desain Pretest-Posttest, Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Prosedur penelitian yang dilakukan secara garis besar adalah:(1)studi pendahuluan dan pembiasaan kelas; (2) pelaksanaan pembelajaran penelitian dan penjaringan data; (3) analisis dan pembahasan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri soal terbuka kemampuan menalar dan tes kemampuan literasi lingkungan yang dikembangkan dari Middle School Environmental Literacy Survey (MSELS). Terdapat perbedaan rata-rata gain penguasaan kemampuan menalar keseluruhan yang signifikan antara kelas siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan kelas siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran dengan pembelajaran pemecahan masalah(Sig= 0,000). Selain itu, gainantara kelaspemecahan masalah dengan penemuanjuga memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan (Sig=0,002). Sedangkan untuk kelas pembelajaran berbasis proyek dengan penemuantidak ditemukan perbedaangain yang signifikan (Sig =0,208).Model pembelajaran berbasis proyek, pemecahan masalah dan penemuan dapat memberikan hasil yang berbeda signifikan pada seluruh komponen literasi lingkungan dengan berbagai variasi kategori N-gain pada ketiga model tersebut. Kata kunci : Model Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek, Model Pemecahan Masalah, Model Penemuan, Kemampuan Menalar, Kemampuan Literasi Lingkungan Research on the application of project-based learning, problem solving and discovery of the ability of reasoning and environmental literacy junior high school students on the concept of water pollution have been implemented. This study aims to measure and analyze the increase or gain and compare the results of project-based learning, problem solving and discovery of the ability of reasoning and environmental literacy junior high school students on the concept of water pollution. The method used is Quassi experimental with pretest-posttest design, Non-Equivalent Control Group Design. Procedures research done in outline are: (1) a preliminary study and habituation class; (2) implementation of research learning and networking of data; (3) analysis and discussion. The instrument used in this study consisted of reasoning ability test and test of environmental literacy developed the literacy skills of Middle School Environmental Literacy Survey (MSELS). There are differences in the average gain mastery significant overall reasoning abilities among students who take the class learning by using project-based learning with a class of students who take the learning to the learning problem solving (Sig = 0.000). In addition, the gain between class solutions with the invention also has significant difference (Sig = 0.002). As for the class project-based learning with discovery found no significant difference in gain (Sig = 0.208). Model of project-based learning, problem solving and invention can provide significantly different results in all components of the literacy environment with a variety of categories N-gain in three models.
