Abstract

Perubahan pola makan yang kurang sehat dengan mengkonsumsi makanan yang mengandung kolesterol tinggi, mengandung pengawet serta kurang serat akan menyebabkan hiperlipidemia yaitu keadaan kadar lipid darah yang tinggi ditandai dengan meningkatnya kadar kolesterol, trigliserida, atau keduanya. Buah nanas diketahui mengandung serat yang dapat menurunkan kadar kolesterol. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh serat buah nanas (Ananas comosus (L.) Merr) terhadap perbaikan kadar lipid darah mencit (Mus musculus L.) Swiss Webster jantan hiperlipidemia. Mencit perlakuan dibagi dengan kelompok pemberian serat buah nanas sebanyak 15%, 30%, dan 45% dalam 100 g pakan berlemak serta kelompok kontrol yang terdiri dari kontrol negatif dan kontrol positif. Pemberian pakan berlemak dilakukan untuk menginduksi mencit agar menjadi hiperlipidemia yang setelah itu, diberi perlakuan serat buah nanas selama 30 hari. Sampel serum darah diambil dari bagian vena caudalis dan dilakukan pengujian kadar lipid serum darah menggunakan metode CHOD-PAP, GPO-PAP, dan Formula Friedwald. Data yang didapatkan dianalisis dengan uji Kruskal Wallis (p<0.05) dengan taraf kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian serat buah nanas selama 30 hari berpengaruh terhadap penurunan kadar kolesterol total, trigliserida, LDL, dan peningkatan HDL pada serum darah mencit. Kata kunci : Serat buah nanas, Hiperlipidemia, Mencit, Lipid darah. Change by eating unhealthy food to consumed containing high cholesterol, containing a preservative and less fiber would cause hyperlipidemia the state of lipid levels of high blood marked by increasing cholesterol level, triglycerides, or both. Pineapple fruit known containing fibers that can be lowered cholesterol levels and recommended to reduce blood lipid levels. The purpose of this research is to find influence of fibers fruit of pineapple (Ananas comosus (L.) Merr) on improvement lipids blood levels mice (Mus musculus L.) Swiss Webster male hyperlipidemia. Mice treatment divided by group the provision of fibers fruit pineapple as many as 15 % , 30 % , and 45 % in 100 g feed fatty as well as groups of control consisting of control negative and control positive. The provision of feed fatty to induce mice to be hiperlipidemia, were afterward given treatment fibers fruit pineapple for 30 days. A sample of blood serum is drawn from the veins caudalis and performed testing lipid levels blood serum uses the CHOD-PAP, GPO-PAP, and Friedwald Formula. The data gathered analyzed by Kruskal Wallis tests (p<0.05) with standard trust 95 %. The result showed that fruit fiber of pineapple for 30 days impact on the total cholesterol levels, triglycerides, LDL, and improving HDL on blood serum of mice.
