Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya kemampuan bernegosiasi yang sangat diperlukan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu tulisan ini hendak mengkaji pengaruh penerapan model simulasidengan media video dalam pembelajaran bernegosiasi. Yang menjadi rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini, yaitu (1) Bagaimana kemampuan awal bernegosiasi siswa SMA Negeri 1 Lembang pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas pembanding? (2) Bagaimana kemampuan bernegosiasi siswa kelas eksperimen SMA Negeri 1 Lembang setelah mengikuti pembelajaran yang menggunakan model Simulasi dengan media video? (3) Bagaimana kemampuan bernegosiasi siswa kelas pembanding SMA Negeri 1 Lembang setelah mengikuti pembelajaran yang tidak menggunakan model Simulasi dengan media video? (4) Apakah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kemampuan bernegosiasi siswa kelas eksperimen dan kelas pembanding?Model simulasidengan media video diterapkanpadasiswakelaseksperimendenganlangkah-langkah (1) Menyaksikanpemutaran video simulasi, (2) Orientasiataupengenalan model simulasi, (3) latihanpartisipasi, (4) pelaksanaansimulasi, dan (5) wawancarasiswasebagaievaluasi proses penerapan model simulasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen kuasi dengan desain penelitian Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Data-data hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini didapatkan melalui teknik penelitian tes (tes awal dan tes akhir), angket, observasi, dan RPP. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh hasil bahwa keefektifan model simulasi dengan media video dalam pembelajaran bernegosiasi pada kelas eksperimen sebelum diberikan perlakuan penggunaan model simulasi dengan media video memiliki rata-rata skor sebesar 63,91, sedangkan sesudah mendapatkan perlakuan skor rata-rata menjadi 83, yaitu sekitar 29,69%. Sementara itu, hasil di kelas pembanding pada tes awal, skor rata-ratanya sebesar 63,37, sedangkan pada tes akhir tanpa adanya perlakuan skor rata-ratanya sebesar 74,83 atau sekitar 18,08%. Selain itu, berdasarkan uji hipotesis menunjukan bahwa, dari data nilai akhir bernegosiasi kelas eksperimen dan kelas pembanding diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000. Hasil tersebut kurang dari 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kemampuan bernegosiasi antarasiswakelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas pembanding. Kata kunci: Penerapan model simulasi dengan media video, bernegosiasi, kelas eksperimen, kelas pembanding. This research is motivated by the importance of negotiating skills were indispensable in everyday life. Therefore, this paper want to study the effect of applying the model simulasidengan video media in learning to negotiate. The formulation of the problem in this study, namely (1) How early ability to negotiate students SMA Negeri 1 Lembang the experimental class and comparison class? (2) How is the ability to negotiate experimental class students SMA Negeri 1 Lembang after attending learning using simulation models with video media? (3) How is the ability to negotiate comparable grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Lembang after learning that do not follow the model simulation with video media? (4) Is there a significant difference between the experimental class students' ability to negotiate and class comparator? Model simulations with video media implemented in class experiments with the steps (1) Watching the video playback simulations, (2) orientation or introduction of simulation models, (3) the exercise of participation, (4) the implementation of the simulation, and (5) interview students as the evaluation process of the application of simulation models. This study uses a quasi experimental research with the study design Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Data on research results obtained in this study obtained through research techniques test (test early and test end), questionnaires, observations, and RPP. Based on the results of the study, showed that the effectiveness of the simulation model with the video media in learning to negotiate the experimental class before being given treatment using simulation models with video media have an average score of 63.91, while getting treatment after an average score to 83, is approximately 29.69%. Meanwhile, the yield on comparable class at the beginning of the test, the average score of 63.37, while in the final test in the absence of treatment the average score of 74.83, or approximately 18.08%. In addition, based on hypothesis testing showed that, from the end of the value data negotiate experimental class and comparison class significance value of 0.000. The result is less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) so that it can be concluded there are significant differences between the experimental class and the ability negotiate student graders comparison.
