Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil observasi yang dilakukan di kelas V salah satu SDN di kecamatan Sukasari Kota Bandung. Pembelajaran masih berpusat pada guru dengan menggunakan metode yang masih konvensional serta motivasi siswa terhadap pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia masih kurang, sehingga berdampak pada keterampilan menulis puisi. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, peneliti melaksanakan penelitian bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan menulis puisi pada pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia melalui metode Outdoor Learning yaitu dengan tahap pembelajaran di luar kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan model penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang diadopsi dari Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang terdiri empat tahap penelitian tindakan : perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Penelitian dilakukan dua siklus. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 23 siswa. Tujuh siswa laki-laki dan 16 perempuan. Secara keseluruhan dari mulai siklus I dan siklus II mengalami peningkatan. Berdasarkan hasil data pada penelitian pra-siklus terdiri dari 23 siswa semua tidak mencapai KKM ≥ 70. Hal ini meningkatkan setelah dilakukan tindakan siklus I terdapat 16 siswa atau sebesar 69,57% yang mencapai KKM. Kemudian meningkat lagi setelah dilakukan refleksi siklus II terdapat 20 siswa atau sebesar 86,95 yang mencapai KKM. Dengan melihat aspek keterampilan menulis puisi yaitu, kesesuaian isi dengan judul, pilhan kata/diksi, penggunaan majas dan pilihan kata konkret. Dengan melihat hasil tersebut serta kualitas jawaban siswa pada setiap siklus, maka dapat disimpulkan, keterampilan menulis puisi siswa kelas V meningkat secara signifikan. this study was motivated by the results of observations made in class V one of the elementary schools in districts Sukasari Bandung. Still teacher-centered learning using the conventional method still learning and motivation of students to Indonesian is still lacking, so the impact on poetry writing skills. To overcome these problems, researchers carry out research aimed at improving the skills of writing poetry in Indonesian learning through Outdoor Learning method that is the stage of learning outside the classroom. This study uses a model of classroom action research , which was adopted from Kemmis and Mc Taggart which consists of four stages of action research: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The study was conducted in two cycles. Subjects numbered 23 students. Seven boys and 16 girls. Overall from start to cycle I and cycle II increased. Based on the results of the research data on pre-cycle consists of 23 students all did not reach the minimum completeness criteria ≥ 70. This increases after the act of the first cycle, there are 16 students or by 69.57% to reach a minimum completeness criteria. Then increased again after the second cycle of reflection there are 20 students or at 86.95 to reach the minimum completeness criteria. By looking at the aspects of poetry writing skills, namely, conformity with the contents of the title, word choice/ diction, usage and word choice concrete figure of speech. By looking at these results as well as the quality of the students' answers on each cycle, it can be concluded, poetry writing skills of students in grade V increased significantly.
