Abstract
Sapta Pesona merupakan tujuh unsur yang terkandung di dalam setiap produk wisata serta dipergunakan sebagai tolok ukur peningkatan kualitas produk pariwisata. Unsur-unsur sapta pesona yang terdiri atas keamanan, ketertiban, kebersihan, kesejukan, keindahan, keramahan dan kenangan perlu diterapkan sehingga destinasi wisata menjadi sehat dan nyaman, menjadi rumah kedua bagi para wisatawan, serta membawa penghidupan yang berkualitas bagi masyarakat lokal. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengevaluasian penerapan program sapta pesona untuk meningkatkan kepuasan wisatawan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis persepsi wisatawan mengenai tingkat kepentingan (importance) dan kinerja (performance) dari program Sapta Pesona di Wisata Alam Pangjugjugan, menganalisis tingkat kepuasan wisatawan terhadap pelaksanaan program Sapta Pesona dan merekomendasikan upaya peningkatan kinerja program SaptaPesona di Wisata Alam Pangjugjugan. Untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan wisatawan digunakan metode importance-performance analysis. Berdasakan hasil penelitian didapati bahwa terdapat 3 unsur yang dinilai belum mencapai tingkat kepuasan wisatawan yaitu unsure kebersihan, keramahan dan kenangan. Disisi lain, terdapat item-item yang berpotensi untuk ditingkatkan kinerjanya seperti bersikap sebagai tuan rumah yang baik serta selalu membantu wisatawan, memberikan senyum yang tulus dan menyajikan makanan dan minuman khas lokal. Seven charm is seven elements contained in any travel products and used as benchmarks to improve the quality of tourism products. These elements consisting of security, order, cleanliness, coolness, beauty, hospitality and memories need to be implemented so that tourist destinations to be healthy and comfortable, being a second home for the tourists, as well as bring a quality livelihood for local communities. This study discusses the evaluation of implementation of the seven charm programs to increase tourist satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the perception of tourists on the level of importance and performance of seven charm program in Pangjugjugan Natural Tourist Destination, analyze the level of satisfaction of tourists on the implementation of seven charm program and recommends efforts to improve seven charm’s performance in Pangjugjugan Natural Tourist Destination. To measure the level of satisfaction of tourists used importance-performance analysis methods. Based on the results of the research found that there are 3 elements assessed has not reached the level of tourist satisfaction is an element of cleanliness, hospitality and memories. On the other hand, there are the items that have the potential for improved performance such as being a good host and always help tourists, providing a genuine smile and serves typical local food and drink.
