Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya penemuan fakta di lapangan yang menunjukkan sangat rendahnya prosentase kinerja guru dalam kegiatan PBM Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengungkap apakah ada pengaruh supervisi dan lesson study terhadap kinerja guru dalam proses belajar mengajar Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan experiment. Instrument yang dipakai adalah angket observasi penampilan guru dalam Proses Belajar Mengajar. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru-guru Penjasorkes yang tergabung dan aktif sebagai peserta MGMP Penjasorkes di Kabupaten Cianjur. Sampel yang diambil adalah Guru Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan random sampling (diambil dengan cara proporsional). Jumlah sampel yang diambil sebanyak 20 orang yaitu 10 orang kelompok supervisi dan 10 orang kelompok lesson study. Desain penelitian menggunakan The randomized pretest-postest-group design. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah penilaian Penampilan Mengajar Penjasorkes. Hasil pengujian hipotesis kelompok supervisi dan lesson study diperoleh nilai t-hitung untuk lesson study 6,999 dengan probabilitas (sign) 0,000 (sign) 0,000<0,025 dan nilai t-hitung untuk supervisi 6,871 dengan probabilitas (sig) 0,000 (sig) 0,000<0,025. Kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan supervisi dan lesson study terhadap kinerja guru penjasorkes dalam proses belajar mengajar mengajar Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di SMP. Lesson Study lebih besar pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja guru dibandingkan dengan supervisi   This study was done because of the discovery of the facts on the ground which showed a very low percentage of the teacher's performance in the PBM activities Physical Education and Health. The instrument used was a Appearances Teaching Physical Education and Health assessment. The results of hypothesis testing and lesson study group supervision t-test values obtained for the lesson study with probability 6.999 (sign) 0.000 (sign) 0.000 <0.025 and t-test values for supervision with probability 6.871 (sig) 0.000 (sig) 0.000 <0.025. Conclusion significant influence supervision and lesson study on teacher performance in teaching and learning penjasorkes teaching Physical Education and Health at the junior high. Lesson Study bigger impact on teacher performance in comparison with supervision
