Abstract

Kerusakan jalan merupakan permasalahan serius yang dihadapi baik oleh pemerintah ataupun masyarakat. Untuk membantu penyelesaian masalah tersebut dikembangkan aplikasi yang bertujuan untuk melaporkan kerusakan jalan secara otomatis dengan memanfaatkan akselerometer dan GPS pada smartphone. Aplikasi pendeteksi jalan rusak memanfaatkan akselerometer dibuat untuk mengumpulkan data jalan melalui sensor getar dan GPS, dan menganalisis data yang terkumpul untuk mendapatkan informasi titik-titik kerusakan. Algoritma Pothole Patrol sebagai algoritma deteksi jalan rusak diimplementasikan untuk mengenali berbagai kerusakan jalan. Percobaan yang dilakukan menggunakan mobil sejauh ± 50 km yang terdiri dari berbagai kerusakan jalan seperti: lubang, retak, bergelombang dan deformasi, serta berbagai bagian jalan seperti polisi tidur, sambungan siar muai, dan persimpangan jalan. Untuk menguji performance sistem dalam mengenali jalan rusak dilakukan suatu pengujian terhadap aplikasi. Dengan nilai presisi 88%, recall 92%, dan F-Measure 0,92 membuktikan bahwa akselerometer smartphone dapat digunakan sebagai pendeteksi jalan rusak. Road damage is a serious problem faced by both governments or communities. Various problems such as accidents, economic downturn, financial loss and congestion becomes a chore to be resolved. To help in problem solving were developed system that aims to report the damage to the road automatically by utilizing the accelerometer and GPS on smartphones. The system named damropa (damages patrol roads) is made to collect the data path through the sensor shakes and GPS, and analyze the data. The system was built to recognize different types of damage to roads in the city. Damaged road detection algorithm was developed to recognize and differentiate the road damage other road sections that are not broken. Experiments were conducted using the car as far as ± 50 km to test the accuracy of the system in recognizing damages road, and the system is able to detect damage road as very well. With presision 88%, recall 92% and F-Measure 0,92. Detection of damage to roads using the accelerometer is feasible powered smartphone with GPS and presentation through a digital map.
