Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh permainan tradisional terhadap peningkatan motivasi pembelajaran penjas siswa SMAN 12 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain Pretest-Posttest Control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 12 Bandung. Pemilihan sampel, peneliti menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sampel yang diambil yaitu siswa kelas XI IPA 1 sebanyak 50 orang dan XI IPA 4 sebanyak 50 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket memakai skala Likert, pengolahan dan analisis data penelitian menggunakan SoftwareSPSSVersion 20. hipotesi pertama terbukti dapat meningkatkan motivasi melalui permainan tradisional yaitu sebesar 10,81 % atau Pretest (X ̅ ± sd 227,16 ± 11,96) dan post test((X ̅ ± sd, 250,28 ± 9,90), hipotesisi kedua terbukti dapat meningkatkan motivasi melalui permainan tradisional yaitu sebesar 4,99 % atau Pretest (X ̅ ± sd, 226.44 ± 12,25) dan post test(X ̅ ± sd, 237.74 ± 11,74) Dan hipotesis ketiga terbukti dapat meningkatkan motivasi melalui permainan tradisional yaitu sebasar 104,24 % atau Pretest (X ̅ ± sd, 23,12 ± 11,96) dan post test((X ̅ ± sd, 11,32 ± 9,90) ringkasan hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat perbedaan peningkatan motivasi belajar penjas siswa antara permainan tradisional dengan kelompok kontrol. Hasil pengolahan data dari pretest dan postest dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan motivasi belajar secara signifikan. This research of this study was to determine the effect of the traditional game against the increase in learning motivation in learning physical education. An experimental design was employed with Pretest-Posttest control group design. In selecting the sample for this r esearch, a purposive sampling technique is used. The samples were 50 students of XI IPA 1 and 50 students of XI IPA 4. The data were obtained through questionnaires using Likert’s scale. The findings were analyzed statistically using SPSS version 20. The statistical computation showed that the first hypothesis was proved that traditional games was able to increase students’ motivation 10.81% (227.16 ±11.96 vs. 250.28 ± 9.90), second hypothesis was demonstrated that there is motivation developing through control group for 4.99% or (226.44 ± 12.25 vs. 237.74 ± 11.74) and third hypothesis was confirmed that traditional games can increase students’ motivation in learning physical education 104.24% 0r (23.12 ± 11.96 vs. 11.32 ± 9.90). This research showed that there were differences of students’ motivation development in learning physical education between students who learned through traditional games and who did not used traditional games (control group). The finding from pretest and posttest confirmed that traditional games were able to increase students’ motivation in learning physical education
