Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran empiris mengenai Quality of work life pada entrepreneur. Subjek berjumlah dua orang merupakan entrepreneur khususnya yang telah sukses. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu dengan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua subjek merasa kehidupan bekerja mereka lebih bermakna dengan terpenuhinya kebutuhan pribadi. Subjek mampu mengembangkan potensi diri dengan sikap positif dan terus melakukan pencapaian. Hal tersebut mempengaruhi aspek kehidupan lainnya seperti keuangan, kebebasan waktu, keluarga, teman, keyakinan terhadap Tuhan, hubungan dengan lingkungan masyarakat, dll. The purpose this research is to provide an empirical illustration of the Quality of work life at the Entrepreneur. Research subjects consisted of two subjects who had a particularly successful entrepreneur. The research method used phenomological research design. We used interview method for collecting data. The results of this research indicate that both subjects felt their work life more meaningful with fulfillment need. Subjects were able to develop their own potential with a positive attitude and continue tu achieve their own particular need. It affects other aspects of life such as finance, time freedom, family, friends, faith in God relationships with society, etc.
