Abstract

Kemampuan kreativitas mengajar guru kompetensi dan pemahaman strategi pengajaran akan berdampak terhadap kreativitas belajar gerak siswa dalam pembelajaran. Kemampuan guru dalam mempersiapkan proses pembelajaran sangat diperlukan. Hal ini perlu dilakukan seorang guru untuk memahami proses pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani. Studi deskriptif yang dilakukan kepada sampel 15 guru penjas dan 30 siswa, menggunakan skala kreativitas mengajar dan skala kreativitas belajar gerak siswa sebagai alat pengumpul data. Hasil pengolahan data hubungan skala kreativitas mengajar guru dan skala kreativitas belajar gerak siswa diperoleh dengan penghitungan SPSS didapat koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.0675 dan dengan alpa 0,05. Hasil akhir membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan kreativitas mengajar guru dengan kreativitas belajar gerak siswa di SMP Negeri se-Kabupaten Cirebon. Teachers’ capability to be creative and so their competences and understandings of teaching strategy will give an impact on student’s learning motion in course. Teacher’s ability to prepare the learning process is necessarily needed. For a teacher, it is important to construe the process of physical education’s learning. This descriptive study that is conducted to 15 sport teachers and 30 students as samples, uses teaching creativity scale and student’s learning motion creativity scale as tools to collect data. The result of data analysis using SPSS calculation shows the correlation coefficient between teacher’s creativity scale in teaching and student’s creativity scale in learning motion is up to the tune of 0.0675 and with alpha 0,05. The final result proves that there is a correlation between teacher’s creativity in teaching and student’s creativity in learning motion in all Public SMP in Kabupaten Cirebon.
