Abstract

Di era society 5.0, teknologi menjadi bagian integral dari hampir seluruh sektor, termasuk dalam dunia kerja. Penggunaan teknologi digital telah mendorong perusahaan untuk mengadopsi berbagai platform kerja kolaboratif yang dinilai mampu memengaruhi produktivitas kerja karyawan. Salah satu platform yang sering digunakan adalah platform digital Basecamp yang menunjang manajemen proyek dan komunikasi tim secara terpadu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh platform digital Basecamp dalam meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan di Dicoding Indonesia. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian survei penjelasan (explanatory survey method). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, variabel platform digital Basecamp tergolong dalam kategori cukup efektif, begitu pula produktivitas kerja karyawan berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kedua variabel sebesar 43,4%, sementara 56,6% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini. In the era of Society 5.0, technology has become an integral part of nearly all sectors, including the world of work. The use of digital technology has encouraged companies to adopt various collaborative work platforms that are considered capable of influencing employee productivity. One frequently used platform is the Basecamp digital platform, which supports integrated project management and team communication. This study aims to analyze the influence of the Basecamp digital platform on improving employee productivity at Dicoding Indonesia. The research employed a quantitative approach using an explanatory survey method. Based on the results, the Basecamp digital platform variable falls into the "very useful" category, while employee productivity is categorized as "very high." The hypothesis test results show a positive and significant influence between the two variables, amounting to 43.2%, while the remaining 56.8% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study.
