Abstract
Konflik merupakan suatu hal yang natural terjadi. Semua orang akan dihadapkan dengan konflik setiap harinya, terutama pada usia remaja karena perkembangan emosi yang belum stabil menyebabkan mereka bereaksi berlebihan terhadap konflik. Maka dari itu, diperlukan keterampilan resolusi konflik supaya remaja dapat menghadapi permasalahannya dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk pengembangan media art counseling dalam rangka meningkatkan keterampilan resolusi konflik siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Penelitian menggunakan metode riset evaluasi dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan desain fenomenologis. Subjek penelitian adalah tiga siswa SMA di kota Bandung yang teridentifikasi memiliki keterampilan resolusi konflik rendah. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner berbasis enam aspek keterampilan resolusi konflik menurut Crawford dan Bodine (1996), serta observasi selama sesi intervensi. Media dikembangkan melalui studi literatur, diskusi ahli, dan uji coba enam sesi konseling menggunakan empat media seni. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media art counseling mampu meningkatkan keterampilan resolusi konflik siswa, ditandai dengan peningkatan pada aspek orientasi, persepsi, emosi, komunikasi, berpikir kreatif, dan berpikir kritis. Conflict is a natural part of life. Everyone faces conflict on a daily basis, especially adolescents, whose emotional development is still unstable and often leads to exaggerated responses. Therefore, conflict resolution skills are essential for teenagers to manage problems constructively. This study aims to develop art counseling media to improve the conflict resolution skills of senior high school students. The research employed a evaluation research method with a qualitative approach. The subjects were three high school students in Bandung who were identified as having low conflict resolution skills. The research instruments included a questionnaire based on six aspects of conflict resolution skills proposed by Crawford and Bodine (1996), and observations during the intervention sessions. The media were developed through literature review, expert discussions, and trials conducted over six counseling sessions using four types of art-based media. The results showed that the use of art counseling media successfully improved students' conflict resolution skills, as indicated by enhanced performance in orientation, perception, emotional regulation, communication, creative thinking, and critical thinking aspects.
