    Abstract

    Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengembangkan media pembelajaran video animasi serta keberartiannya terhadap hasil belajar siswa dikarenakan minimnya pemahaman siswa terhadap materi Pemeliharaan Kelistrikan Kendaraan Ringan. Metode yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif pre-eksperimental jenis one grup pretest-posttest design dengan pendekatan Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, dan Evaluate (ADDIE). Hasil pengembangan media video animasi mendapat predikat “Sangat Layak” dengan nilai 93,5% yang artinya media dapat digunakan untuk kegiatan pembelajaran, selain itu hasil uji t mendapati bahwa nilai T_hitung = 4,259 dan T_tabel = 1,996 yang bermakna bahwa hipotesis penelitian “hasil belajar siswa mengalami perubahan karena penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis video animasi” diterima atau terbukti. Media yang telah dikembangkan memberikan pengalaman berbeda dibandingkan dengan media yang digunakan sebelumnya yaitu media gambar diam menjadi media gambar bergerak yang disertai audio. Mengacu pada kelayakan dan pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media video animasi layak digunakan pada kegiatan pembelajaran serta dapat memberikan perubahan pada hasil belajar siswa yang menunjukkan keberartian media pembelajaran. The objective of this research is to develop animated video instructional media and to evaluate its effectiveness on students' learning outcomes, due to students' insufficient understanding of Light Vehicle Electrical Maintenance material. The method used is a quantitative pre-experimental design, specifically a one-group pretest-posttest design, with the ADDIE approach (Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). The development of the animated video media received a "Very Feasible" rating with a score of 93.5%, indicating that the media can be used for instructional activities. Additionally, the t-test results showed that the calculated T_value is 4.259 and the T_table is 1.996, which means that the research hypothesis "students' learning outcomes change due to the use of animated video-based media" is accepted or proven. The developed media offers a different experience compared to previous media, transitioning from static images to moving images accompanied by audio. Based on the feasibility assessment and hypothesis testing conducted, it can be concluded that animated video media is suitable for use in instructional activities and can effectively improve students' learning outcomes, demonstrating the significance of this media in the learning process.
