    Abstract

    Peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam menghafal alat hidang pada kelompok cutlery, yang disebabkan oleh penggunaan standar internasional sehingga peralatan dinyatakan dalam bahasa inggris. Hal tersebut menyebabkan peserta didik tidak mampu melakukan penerapan, penggunaan, dan penataan alat hidang secara tepat, sehingga pembelajaran tidak efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan media pembelajaran flash card, pada materi cutlery, bagi peserta didik pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) dengan model penelitian ADDIE, yang dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu: analysis (analisis): tahap analisis kebutuhan media berdasarkan kurikulum, design (desain): tahap perencanaan desain media flash card, dan development (pengembangan): tahap pembuatan media, uji validitas oleh ahli materi, media, dan bahasa, serta pengembangan berdasarkan saran dari para ahli, tanpa melakukan tahap implementation dan evaluate. Instrumen penelitian berupa lembar validasi yang ditujukan untuk uji validasi kepada validator ahli. Berdasarkan hasil uji validitas, media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan memenuhi seluruh indikator kelayakan dari aspek materi, media, dan bahasa, sehingga secara teoritis dapat dinyatakan layak dan valid sebagai media pembelajaran. Students experience difficulties in memorizing tableware within the cutlery category, primarily due to the use of international standards in which the utensils are presented in English. This condition hinders students’ ability to properly apply, utilize, and arrange tableware, resulting in ineffective learning. The present study aims to describe the development process of flash card learning media for cutlery materials, designed for students at the vocational school level. The research method employed is research and development (R&D) using the ADDIE model, which was implemented in three stages, namely: (1) analysis: identifying the need for media based on the curriculum, (2) design: planning the flash card media design, and (3) development: producing the media, conducting expert validation of content, media, and language, and revising the product based on expert feedback, without including the implementation and evaluation stages. The research instrument consisted of validation sheets administered to expert validators. Based on the validation results, the developed learning media fulfilled all eligibility indicators in terms of content, media, and language, thereby being theoretically declared feasible and valid as a learning medium.
