Abstract
Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh budaya kerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung. Motivasi belajar optimal sangat penting untuk pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran, dan budaya kerja guru menjadi salah satu faktor penentunya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi penelitian adalah 120 siswa kelas XI, dengan sampel 92 siswa yang dipilih melalui proportional random sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner skala Likert yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya (α budaya kerja = 0,884; motivasi belajar = 0,871). Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan budaya kerja guru berkategori baik dengan skor rata-rata 82,45, sedangkan motivasi belajar siswa juga baik dengan skor 80,12. Persamaan regresi yang diperoleh Y = 23,514 + 0,682X, dengan koefisien korelasi (r) 0,612 yang berarti hubungan positif dan kuat. Koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,374 menunjukkan 37,4% variasi motivasi belajar dipengaruhi budaya kerja guru. Uji t menunjukkan t hitung 7,402 > t tabel 1,986 (sig. 0,000), sehingga budaya kerja guru berpengaruh positif signifikan, dengan etos kerja sebagai indikator dominan. This study examines the influence of teachers’ work culture on students’ learning motivation at SMK Pasundan 1 Bandung. Optimal learning motivation is essential for achieving educational goals, and teachers’ work culture is one of the determining factors. The research employed a quantitative method with a correlational approach. The population consisted of 120 eleventh-grade students, with a sample of 92 selected using proportional random sampling. The research instrument was a Likert-scale questionnaire tested for validity and reliability (α work culture = 0.884; learning motivation = 0.871). Data were analyzed using simple linear regression. The findings show that teachers’ work culture is categorized as good, with an average score of 82.45, while students’ learning motivation is also good, with an average score of 80.12. The regression equation obtained was Y = 23.514 + 0.682X, with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.612, indicating a strong positive relationship. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.374 means that 37.4% of learning motivation variation is influenced by teachers’ work culture. The t-test result (t count 7.402 > t table 1.986, sig. 0.000) confirms a significant positive effect, with work ethic as the most dominant indicator.
