    Abstract

    PENGEMBANGAN MODEL PEMBENTUKAN KARAKTER SISWA DALAM UPAYA MENERAPKAN KONSEP PARIWISATA BERKELANJUTAN MELALUI PROGRAM PROJEK PENGUATAN PROFIL PELAJAR PANCASILA DI KELAS X ULP SMK NEGERI 1 CILACAP Ulin Nahar Rahmawati 2101193 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pembentukan karakter siswa dalam upaya menerapkan konsep pariwisata berkelanjutan melalui Program Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) di kelas X Usaha Layanan Pariwisata (ULP) SMK Negeri 1 Cilacap. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan terdiri atas kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, waka kesiswaan, ketua program ULP, fasilitator P5, dan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan P5 mampu membentuk karakter siswa, namun dalam konsep pariwisata berkelanjutan praktiknya belum diintegrasikan melalui P5, walaupun hanya diintegrasika diluar P5 akan tetapi pada aspek lingkungan, sosial budaya, dan ekonomi melalui kegiatan kontekstual seperti menjaga kebersihan kelas, mementaskan tarian budaya, hingga kewirausahaan berbasis produk daerah membuat souvenir kerang. Meskipun pemahaman teoretis siswa tentang pariwisata berkelanjutan belum sepenuhnya mendalam, model yang dikembangkan meningkatkan kesadaran, sikap peduli, serta perilaku berkelanjutan. Faktor pendukung meliputi dukungan manajemen sekolah, kolaborasi guru, dan ketersediaan sarana, sedangkan hambatan mencakup keterbatasan waktu dan minimnya modul pembelajaran tematik. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan model pembentukan karakter melalui P5 dalam konsep pariwisata berkelanjuta agar dikembangkan dengan model tema sesuai kebijakan terbaru yaitu 8 Dimensi Profil Lulusan serta diadopsi pada SMK berbasis pariwisata lainnya guna memperkuat pendidikan karakter sekaligus mendukung pengembangan pariwisata berkelanjutan. DEVELOPMENT OF A STUDENT CHARACTER FORMATION MODEL IN AN EFFORT TO IMPLEMENT THE CONCEPT OF SUSTAINABLE TOURISM THROUGH A PANCASILA STUDENT PROFILE STRENGTHENING PROGRAM IN CLASS X ULP OF STATE VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL 1 CILACAP Ulin Nahar Rahmawati 2101193 ABSTRACK This study aims to develop a model for student character building in an effort to implement the concept of sustainable tourism through the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project Program (P5) in class X of Tourism Service Business (ULP) of SMK Negeri 1 Cilacap. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method through interviews, observations, and documentation. Informants consist of the principal, vice chancellor for curriculum, vice chancellor for student affairs, head of the ULP program, P5 facilitator, and students. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of P5 is able to shape student character, but in practice the concept of sustainable tourism has not been integrated through P5, although it is only integrated outside P5 but in environmental, socio-cultural, and economic aspects through contextual activities such as maintaining classroom cleanliness, cultural dance performances, to entrepreneurship based on regional products making shell souvenirs. Although students' theoretical understanding of sustainable tourism is not yet fully in-depth, the developed model increases awareness, caring attitudes, and sustainable behavior. Supporting factors include school management support, teacher collaboration, and availability of facilities, while obstacles include limited time and lack of thematic learning modules. This study recommends that the character building model through P5 in the concept of sustainable tourism be developed with a thematic model in accordance with the latest policy, namely the 8 Dimensions of Graduate Profile, and adopted in other tourism-based vocational schools to strengthen character education while supporting the development of sustainable tourism.
