    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada guru. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini meliputi bagaimana gambaran tingkat komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), serta sejauh mana pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap peningkatan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket kepada 55 responden guru tetap. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menguji pengaruh masing-masing variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel, yaitu komitmen organisasi, kepuasan kerja, dan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. Secara parsial, komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), demikian pula dengan kepuasan kerja. Secara simultan, komitmen organisasi dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) guru. Hasil temuan ini menegaskan bahwa guru yang memiliki tingkat komitmen tinggi terhadap organisasi serta merasakan kepuasan dalam pekerjaannya cenderung menunjukkan perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) yang lebih kuat. This study was conducted to analyze the influence of organizational commitment and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in teachers. The research questions include describing the levels of organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and the extent to which organizational commitment and job satisfaction influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), both partially and simultaneously. This study used a quantitative survey method. Data collection involved distributing questionnaires to 55 permanent teacher respondents. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of each independen variabel on the dependent variabel. The results showed that all three variabels organizational commitment, job satisfaction, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) were in the moderately high category. Partially, organizational commitment had a significant influence on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), as did job satisfaction. Simultaneously, organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on teachers' Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). These findings confirm that teachers with a high level of organizational commitment and job satisfaction tend to exhibit stronger Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) behaviors.
