    Abstract

    Perkembangan teknologi abad ke-21 menuntut siswa menguasai tidak hanya keterampilan teknis, tetapi juga keterampilan 4C yaitu critical thinking, communication, collaboration, dan creativity. Keterampilan 4C siswa kelas X SMKN 4 Garut masih rendah karena kurangnya dorongan dan motivasi serta kurangnya fasilitas penunjang yang menyebabkan proses pembelajaran pasif. Keterampilan 4C salah satunya dapat ditingkatkan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran RADEC yang memiliki sintaks read, answer, discussion, explain, dan create. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran RADEC, mengetahui keterampilan 4C siswa Kelas X pada mata pelajaran Dasar-dasar Agriteknologi Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian SMK Negeri 4 Garut Keterampilan berpikir kritis diukur melalui lembar pre-test dan post-test, keterampilan komunikasi dan kolaborasi diukur melalui lembar observasi dan keterampilan berpikir kreatif diukur melalui lembar penilaian hasil karya. Hasil observasi pada siklus I dan II menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran tahapan model RADEC terlaksana dengan “sangat baik”. Model pembelajaran RADEC dapat meningkatkan keterampilan 4C. Peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis ditunjukkan pada akhir siklus I termasuk kategori “rendah“, pada akhir siklus II termasuk kategori “sangat tinggi”. Keterampilan komunikasi siswa meningkat dari kategori “baik” pada siklus I menjadi kategori “sangat baik” pada siklus II. Keterampilan kolaborasi siswa pada kedua siklus berada pada kategori “sangat baik” namun jika dilihat dari nilai rata-rata kelas mengalami peningkatan. Keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa mengalami peningkatan dari kategori “kreatif” pada siklus I menjadi kategori “sangat kreatif” pada siklus II. Dengan demikian, penerapan model pembelajaran RADEC pada mata pelajaran Dasar-dasar Agriteknologi Pengolahan Hasil Pertanian dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis, komunikasi, dan berpikir kreatif. The development of 21st century technology requires students not only technical skills, but also 4C skills. The 4C skills of class X SMKN 4 Garut are still low due to lack of encouragement and motivation as that cause a passive learning process. 4C skills can be improved through the application of the RADEC learning model, namely read, answer, discuss, explain, create. This study aims to determine the process of implementing the RADEC learning model, knowing the 4C skills of Class X subject of DDAPHP SMK Negeri 4 Garut Critical thinking skills are measured through pre-test and post-test sheets, communication and collaboration skills are measured through observation sheets and creative thinking skills are measured through work assessment sheets The observation results in cycle I and II that the learning stages of the RADEC model were implemented “very well”. The increase in critical thinking skills is shown at the end of cycle I including the “low” category, at the end of cycle II including the “very high” category. Students' communication skills increased from the “good” category in cycle I to the “very good” category in cycle II. Students' collaboration skills in both cycles were in the “very good” category, but when viewed from the class average score, it has increased. Students' creative thinking skills increased from the “creative” category in cycle I to the “very creative” category in cycle II. Thus, the application of the RADEC learning model in the subject of DDAPHP can improve critical thinking, communication, and creative thinking skills.
