Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap proses kegiatan prakerin untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi pedagogik terhadap mutu proses prakerin dan sikap kewirausahaan siswa SMK AL-Huda Sariwangi Tasikmalaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Survey Eksplanatory dengan subjek penelitian yaitu Pembimbing Dunia Usaha/Dunia Industri (DUDI) dan siswa SMK AL-Huda Sariwangi Tasikmalaya. Unit analisis pada penelitian ini yaitu proses prakerin di DUDI dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Jalur (Path Analysis). Penelitian ini direkomendasikan kepada pembimbing untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya dengan cara meningkatkan kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi pedagogik yang berkaitan dengan penilaian, evaluasi dan pemahaman struktur materi dalam kegiatan prakerin. Indikator mutu proses prakerin diantaranya perencanaan prakerin, pengorganisasian prakerin, penyelenggaraan prakerin dan pengawasan prakerin. Sedangkan indikator sikap kewirausahan diantaranya percaya diri, berorientasi pada tugas dan hasil, pengambil risiko, kepemimpinan, keorisinilan, berorientasi ke masa depan.Berdasarkan penelitian membuktikan pertama, kompetensi profesional pembimbing tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap mutu proses prakerin. Kedua, kompetensi pedagogik pembimbing memiliki pengaruh yang positif terhadap mutu proses prakerin. Ketiga, kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi pedagogik pembimbing tidak dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh variabel sikap kewirausahaan siswa. Keempat, mutu proses prakerin tidak dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh variabel sikap kewirausahaan. Kelima, kompetensi profesional dan kompetensi pedagogik pembimbing tidak dipengaruhi secara signifikan terhadap mutu proses prakerin dan sikap kewirausahaan siswa. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Profesional, Kompetensi Pedagogik, Mutu Proses Prakerin dan Sikap Kewirausahaan. This research was carried out on internship activities to determine the effect of professional competency and pedagogical competency of the quality processes and entrepreneurial attitude internship AL-Huda vocational students Sariwangi Tasikmalaya. This study used a survey method Eksplanatory with research subjects, namely Supervisor World Business / Industrial World (DUDI) and Al-Huda vocational students Sariwangi Tasikmalaya. The unit of analysis in this study is the process prakerin in DUDI with data analysis techniques using path analysis. This research was recommended to mentors to improve performance by increasing the professional competency and pedagogical competency relating to the assessment, evaluation and understanding of the structure of matter in prakerin activities. Internship process quality indicators including internship planning, organizing, implementation and supervision internship. While entrepreneurship attitude indicators such confidence, and results-oriented tasks, risk takers, leadership, originality, future oriented research. The finding of the research are; first, professional competency of supervisor does not have a positive effect on the quality of internship process. Second, pedagogic competency of supervisor has a positive effect on the quality of internship process. Third, the professional competency and pedagogical counselors are not significantly affected by entrepreneurial attitudes of students. Fourth, quality of internship process is not affected significantly by entrepreneurial attitude. The last, the professional competency and pedagogical counselors are not affected significantly on the quality of internship process and entrepreneurial attitudes of students.
