Abstract
Peralihan global menuju ekonomi berbasis pengetahuan menegaskan pentingnya keterampilan abad ke-21, khususnya berpikir kritis dan pemecahan masalah. Materi Algoritma dan Pemrograman membutuhkan keterampilan berpikir kritis. Namun, hasil pretest peserta didik menunjukkan rendahnya kemampuan berpikir kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan multimedia pembelajaran interaktif berbasis QR Code pada model Problem-Based Learning guna meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan desain pembelajaran ADDIE, desain penelitian One-Group Pretest-Posttest, melibatkan 29 peserta didik kelas X PPLG 2 di SMK Mulia Hati Insani. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan secara statistik pada nilai rata-rata dari pretest (27,01) ke posttest (61,72), dengan rata-rata peningkatan sebesar 34,71. Analisis N-Gain menunjukkan peningkatan pembelajaran pada kategori “Sedang” pada semua kelompok. Peningkatan berkategori “Sedang” juga terlihat pada masing-masing indikator berpikir kritis: Interpretation (0,51), Analysis (0,40), Evaluation (0,56), Inference (0,41), Explanation (0,40), dan Self-Regulation (0,54). Selain itu, multimedia pembelajaran ini memperoleh tanggapan positif dengan skor rata-rata 82,06%, yang dikategorikan “Sangat Baik”. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa multimedia QRCLASS dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik. The global shift towards a knowledge-based economy highlights the importance of 21st-century skills, particularly critical thinking and problem solving. The subject matter of Algorithms and Programming requires strong critical thinking skills. However, the results of the students’ pretest showed a low level of critical thinking ability. This study aims to develop interactive learning multimedia based on QR Codes within a Problem-Based Learning model to improve critical thinking skills. This research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE instructional design and a One-Group Pretest-Posttest design, involving 29 tenth-grade PPLG 2 students at SMK Mulia Hati Insani. The results showed a statistically significant increase in the mean score from the pretest (27.01) to the posttest (61.72), with an average gain of 34.71 points. The N-Gain analysis indicated a “Moderate” category of learning improvement across all groups. A “Moderate” improvement was also observed for each critical thinking indicator: Interpretation (0.51), Analysis (0.40), Evaluation (0.56), Inference (0.41), Explanation (0.40), and Self-Regulation (0.54). Furthermore, the learning multimedia received positive responses with an average score of 82.06%, categorized as “Excellent.” These findings indicate that the QRCLASS multimedia enhances students’ critical thinking skills.
