    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi antara kepuasan siswa terhadap penggunaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan jasmani dengan motivasi olahraga di sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas V dan VI di SDN 219 Babakanjati yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian terdiri atas angket kepuasan penggunaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan jasmani serta Situational Motivation Scale (SIMS) untuk mengukur tingkat motivasi olahraga siswa. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman menunjukkan nilai koefisien r = 0,895 dengan signifikansi p = 0,000. Hasil tersebut mengindikasikan adanya hubungan yang positif, sangat kuat, dan signifikan antara kepuasan siswa terhadap sarana dan prasarana pendidikan jasmani dengan motivasi olahraga. Dengan demikian, semakin tinggi kepuasan siswa terhadap fasilitas pendidikan jasmani, maka semakin tinggi pula motivasi mereka untuk berpartisipasi dalam aktivitas olahraga. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa penyediaan sarana dan prasarana yang memadai sangat penting dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan keterlibatan siswa dalam pembelajaran PJOK di sekolah dasar. This study investigates the correlation between students’ satisfaction with the use of physical education facilities and equipment and their sports motivation in elementary schools. The research applied a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The subjects were fifth- and sixth-grade students at SDN 219 Babakanjati, selected using purposive sampling. The research instruments consisted of a questionnaire measuring students’ satisfaction with physical education facilities and equipment, as well as the Situational Motivation Scale (SIMS), which was used to assess the level of students’ sports motivation. Data were analyzed using the Spearman correlation test, which produced a correlation coefficient of r = 0.895 with a significance value of p = 0.000. These results indicate a very strong, positive, and statistically significant correlation between satisfaction with physical education facilities and students’ sports motivation. In other words, higher satisfaction with facilities and equipment is closely associated with greater motivation to participate in sports activities. The findings underscore the importance of providing adequate facilities and equipment to encourage student engagement, increase participation, and support the success of physical education programs at the elementary school level.
