Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas mengenai implementasipembelajaran orang dewasa dalam penyelenggaraan program parenting di PAUD Kober Melati Putih, fokus utama dalam kajian masalah ini dirumuskan dalam tujuan yaitu: 1) Perencanaan program parenting dengan mengunakan pembelajaran orang dewasa di PAUD Kober Melati Putih, 2) Pelaksanaan program parenting dengan mengunakan pembelajaran orang dewasa di PAUD Kober Melati Putih, 3) Evaluasi program parenting dengan mengunakan pembelajaran orang dewasa di PAUD Kober Melati Putih, landasan konseptual teoritis yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsep pendidikan luar sekolah, konsep program parenting dengan hubunganya konsep pendidikan orang dewasa. Subjek penelitian ini, sebagai sumber data adalah pengelola PAUD, satu orang tutor, tiga orang tua ( ibu), yang mengikuti sertakan anak di PAUDKober Melati Putih , mewakili setiap kelas sesuai tingkatan kelas, yaitu kelas bulan, bintang dan matahari, penelitian dengan mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif, dalam pengumpulan data dari sumber-sumber data berupa situasi, pelaku, kejadia, perilaku, kepustakaan dan dokumentasi dengan teknik wawancara dan observasi. Hasil penelitian perencanaan langkah-langkah pembelajaran orang dewasa pada program Parenting di PAUD Kober Melati Putih, meliputi langkah-langkah Pokok dalam Pembelajaran Orang Dewasa , menciptakan iklim dan suasana yang mendukung proses belajar mandiri , menciptakan mekanisme dan prosedur untuk perencanaan bersama dan partisipatif, mendiagnosis kebutuhan-kebutuhan belajar yang spesifik, merumuskan tujuan-tujuan program yang memenuhi kebutuhan-kebutuhan belajar, merencanakan pola pengalaman belajar , melakukan dan mengunakan pengalaman belajar ini dengan metoda dan teknik yang memadai, sudah baik, dan Pelaksanaan langkah-langkah pembelajaran orang dewasa pada program Parenting di PAUD Kober Melati Putih, meliputi, asumsi Pendidikan orang dewasa, konsep diri, pengalaman hidup, kesiapan belajar, orientasi belajar, kebutuhan pengetahuan, motivasi,evaluasi pembelajaran orang dewasa pada program Parenting di PAUD Kober MelatiPutih,sudah baik. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan, pembelajaran orang dewasa telah di implementasikan secara baik, perlu ditingkatkan pemahaman tentang pendidikan orang dewasa, bagi fasilitator, yaitu pengelola, tutor dan peserta, agar lebih optimal. Kata kunci: Implementasi, Pembelajaran, Pendidikan Orang Dewasa,Parenting. Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD). This study discusses the implementation of adult learning in the organization of parenting in early childhood programs Kober Melati Putih, the main focus of the study which is formulated in the following objectives are: 1) Planning parenting program by using adult learning in early childhood program Kober Melati Putih, 2) Implementation of the parenting program using adult learning method in early childhood Kober Melati Putih, 3) Evaluation of parenting programs by using adult learning program in early childhood Kober Putih Melati, Theoretical foundation which was used in the study are the concept of school education and the concept of parenting programs in relation to the concept of adult education. Subjects of this study were the manager of early childhood school, one tutor, three parents (mother), whose children attend early childhood program in Kober Melati Putih . The samples which take part in the study are taken from different classes that represent each level, those classes are bulan class, bintang and matahari classes. The research uses qualitative approach with descriptive method in which the collections of data are from data sources such situations, actors, case, behavior, literature and documentation by interview and observation. Results of the research in learning steps on adult learning plan of early childhood programs Kober Putih Melati, covers the main steps in Adult Learning such as creating a climate and atmosphere that supports self-learning process, creating mechanisms and procedures for joint planning and participatory, diagnose specific learning needs, formulating goals in which the program meets the learning needs, planning pattern learning experience, then the application and the usage of learning experience with appropriate methods and techniques which has been good, and the implementation of adult learning steps in early childhood program Kober Putih Melati such as assuming adult education, the self-concept, life experience, readiness to learn, learning orientation, knowledge needs, motivation, the evaluation of adult learning in early childhood Parenting programs in Kober Melati Putih which has been good. The final conclusion, adult learning program had been implemented well, but it needs improvement on understanding of adult education, the facilitators include managers, tutors and participants, in order to make it more optimal.
