    Abstract

    Penelitian ini berangkat dari fenomena meningkatnya sikap individualisme di kalangan remaja akibat pengaruh globalisasi dan modernisasi, yang berdampak pada menurunnya interaksi sosial, kepedulian, dan kerja sama di lingkungan sekolah. Selain itu, minimnya ruang partisipatif di sekolah dan masyarakat membuat remaja kesulitan mengembangkan potensi sosialnya. Dalam konteks ini, ekstrakurikuler Paskibra menjadi wadah pembinaan yang menanamkan disiplin, kepemimpinan, kerja sama tim, dan tanggung jawab. Kegiatan yang terstruktur dan bernilai kebersamaan ini mendorong terbentuknya modal sosial, membentuk siswa yang aktif, peduli, dan berkarakter. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus di SMKN 1 Purwakarta. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Kegiatan Paskibra membentuk modal sosial siswa melalui latihan dan pengalaman organisasi yang menanamkan disiplin, kepemimpinan, serta solidaritas; 2) Implementasinya dilakukan secara terstruktur dan berkelanjutan melalui latihan rutin dan pelibatan aktif siswa; 3) Dampak kegiatan ini sangat signifikan, baik secara internal (sikap, karakter) maupun eksternal (interaksi sosial) terhadap anggota Paskibra. This research is based on the phenomenon of increasing individualism among adolescents due to the influence of globalization and modernization, which has resulted in a decline in social interaction, caring, and cooperation in the school environment. In addition, the lack of participatory spaces in schools and communities makes it difficult for adolescents to develop their social potential. In this context, the Paskibra extracurricular activity becomes a coaching forum that instills discipline, leadership, teamwork, and responsibility. This structured and shared activity encourages the formation of social capital, forming active, caring, and character-based students. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method at SMKN 1 Purwakarta. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results of the study show: 1) Paskibra activities form students' social capital through training and organizational experience that instills discipline, leadership, and solidarity; 2) Its implementation is carried out in a structured and sustainable manner through routine training and active student involvement; 3) The impact of this activity is very significant, both internally (attitude, character) and externally (social interaction) on Paskibra members.
