    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan aktivitas gerak berirama dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani terhadap Fundamental Movement Skills dan enjoyment siswa sekolah dasar. Metode yang digunakan kuasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group. Menggunakan purposive sampling, yang melibatkan 30 siswa kelas III, dibagi secara merata ke dalam kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eklusi. Instrumen pengukuran FMS menggunakan Test of Gross Motor Development-2 (TGMD-2) dan enjoyment menggunakan kuisioner Physical Activity Enjoyment Scale (PACES). Analisis data menggunakan uji independent samples t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada kelompok eksperimen, di mana FMS naik 19,35% dibandingkan kontrol 17,72%, sedangkan enjoyment meningkat 19,09% pada eksperimen dan 19,56% pada kontrol. Uji statistik menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,001 untuk Fundamental Movement Skills dan 0,083 untuk Enjoyment. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerpan aktivitas gerak berirama efektif dalam meningkatkan Fundamental Movement Skills dan Enjoyment siswa sekolah dasar. Berlandaskan atas temuan alternatif penelitian ini, disarankan penerapan aktivitas gerak berirama sebagai strategi pembelajaran PJOK meningkatkan keterampilan gerak dasar dan aspek afektif siswa sekolah dasar. This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing rhythmic movement activities in physical education learning on the Fundamental Movement Skills (FMS) and enjoyment of elementary school students. The method used was a quasi-experimental design with a pretest–posttest control group. Purposive sampling was employed, involving 30 third-grade students equally divided into experimental and control groups according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The FMS measurement instrument used the Test of Gross Motor Development-2 (TGMD-2) and enjoyment was measured using the Physical Activity Enjoyment Scale (PACES) questionnaire. Data were analyzed using an independent samples t-test. The results showed a significant improvement in the experimental group, with FMS increasing by approximately 19.35% compared to 17.22% in the control group, while enjoyment increased by 19,09% in the experimental group and 19,56% in the control group. Statistical analysis revealed a significance value of 0.001 for FMS and 0.083 for enjoyment. It can be concluded that the implementation of rhythmic movement activities is effective in improving FMS and enjoyment in elementary school students. Based on the alternative findings of this study, it is recommended that rhythmic movement activities be implemented as a learning strategy in physical education to enhance fundamental movement skills and the affective aspects of elementary school students.
