Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan, serta pengaruhnya dalam meningkatkan mutu proses pembelajaran pada jenjang SMP di Yayasan Pendidikan Advent wilayah Bandung. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, di mana pengambilan sampel dilakukan melalui teknik non probability sampling dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Adapun teknik pengolahan data dilakukan melalui bantuan program IBM SPSS 27. Berdasarkan perhitungan skor kecenderungan umum dengan teknik Weight Means Score (WMS), dapat diketahui bahwa variabel pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana tergolong dalam kategori sangat baik dengan perolehan skor sebesar 4,45. Sama halnya dengan variabel mutu proses pembelajaran yang tergolong sangat baik dengan perolehan skor sebesar 4,52. Hasil pengolahan data yang ditunjukkan melalui nilai koefisien determinasi menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana terhadap mutu proses pembelajaran di Yayasan Pendidikan Advent Bandung dengan persentase kontribusi sebesar 60,4%, sementara 39,6% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini, seperti manajemen kelas, strategi dan metode pembelajaran, serta iklim belajar yang mendukung kondisi psikologis peserta didik. Berdasarkan analisis regresi sederhana, diperoleh hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa setiap penambahan nilai satu poin pada aspek pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana akan diikuti oleh perubahan sebesar 0,777 pada mutu proses pembelajaran. Dari hasil uji signifikansi koefisien korelasi dengan ketentuan nilai thitung > ttabel, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana dengan mutu proses pembelajaran pada jenjang SMP di Yayasan Pendidikan Advent wilayah Bandung. This study was conducted to obtain an overview of the utilization of educational facilities and infrastructure, as well as their impact on improving the quality of the learning process at the junior high school level within Adventist Education Foundation (Yayasan Pendidikan Advent) in the Bandung region. The research employed a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, using non-probability sampling with a saturated sample technique. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires, while data processing was assisted by the IBM SPSS 27 program. Based on the calculation of the general tendency score using the Weight Means Score (WMS) technique, it was found that the variable of facilities and infrastructure utilization falls into the “very good” category with a score of 4.45. Similarly, the variable of learning process quality also falls into the “very good” category with a score of 4.52. The results of data processing, as shown by the coefficient of determination, indicate that there is an influence of facilities and infrastructure utilization on the quality of the learning process at Yayasan Pendidikan Advent in Bandung, with a contribution percentage of 60.4%, while the remaining 39.6% is influenced by other factors not discussed in this study, such as classroom management, teaching strategies and methods, as well as a learning climate that supports students’ psychological conditions. Based on simple regression analysis, the findings show that every one-point increase in the utilization of facilities and infrastructure is followed by a 0.777 change in the quality of the learning process. From the significance test of the correlation coefficient, with the condition that count > table, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the utilization of facilities and infrastructure and the quality of the learning process at the junior high school level within Yayasan Pendidikan Advent in the Bandung area.
