    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan journaling book sebagai media regulasi emosi berbasis mindfulness untuk siswa kelas VI sekolah dasar. Regulasi emosi yang baik sangat penting bagi perkembangan optimal siswa dan untuk mengurangi tindakan kekerasan serta meningkatkan kesadaran diri dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian pengembangan dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi produk. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan guru, angket kepada siswa, dan observasi langsung di kelas VI SDN 2 Margalaksana. Validasi produk dilakukan oleh para ahli dari bidang materi, bahasa, dan media dan memiliki hasil ‘Sangat Baik’. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa journaling book yang dikembangkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan regulasi emosi siswa secara signifikan. Respon guru dan siswa terhadap media ini sangat positif dengan nilai modus ‘Sangat Baik’ pada skala likert. Analisis data dilakukan secara kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk menilai kelayakan dan efektivitas media ini sebagai alat pembelajaran regulasi emosi berbasis mindfulness di sekolah dasar. --------- This study aims to develop a journaling book as a mindfulness-based emotional regulation media for sixth-grade elementary school students. Proper emotional regulation is crucial for optimal student development, reducing violent behavior, and enhancing self-awareness in the learning process. The research used a development research method following the ADDIE model, which includes analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. Data were collected through interviews with teachers, questionnaires for students, and direct observation in the sixth-grade class at SDN 2 Margalaksana. Product validation was conducted by experts in psychology, language, and education fields. The results indicate that the developed journaling book significantly improves students' emotional regulation abilities. Both teachers and students responded very positively to the media, with a mode score of ‘Very Good’ on the Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted quantitatively and qualitatively to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of this media as a mindfulness-based emotional regulation learning tool in elementary schools.
