    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh burnout akademik (variabel X) terhadap hasil belajar siswa (variabel Y) pada mata pelajaran Konstruksi Jalan dan Jembatan di SMK PU Negeri Bandung. Latar belakang masalah penelitian ini bermula dari observasi adanya indikasi burnout akademik di kalangan siswa, yang ditandai dengan gejala kelelahan fisik, emosional, dan mental. Kondisi ini berdampak pada penurunan motivasi, konsentrasi, serta partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, yang pada akhirnya memengaruhi nilai hasil belajar yang cenderung tidak stabil. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif untuk menguji hubungan dan seberapa besar pengaruh variabel bebas (burnout akademik) terhadap variabel terikat (hasil belajar siswa). Populasi yang menjadi subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI DPIB di SMK PU Negeri Bandung, dengan sampel berjumlah 52 siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner burnout akademik yang dimodifikasi dan data nilai UAS siswa. Hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif yang signifikan antara variabel X dan Y. Persamaan regresi yang dihasilkan adalah Y = 63.867 - 0.277X. Ini berarti setiap kenaikan satu satuan burnout akademik, hasil belajar siswa cenderung menurun sebesar 0,277. Temuan ini menegaskan betapa krusialnya perhatian terhadap kesehatan mental siswa sebagai faktor penentu keberhasilan akademik. This study aims to analyze the effect of academic burnout (variable X) on student learning outcomes (variable Y) in the Road and Bridge Construction subject at SMK PU Negeri Bandung. The background of this research problem begins with the observation of indications of academic burnout among students, which are characterized by symptoms of physical, emotional, and mental fatigue. This condition has an impact on decreased motivation, concentration, and active participation in learning activities, which ultimately affects the learning outcomes that tend to be unstable. Therefore, this study uses a quantitative approach with an associative method to test the relationship and how much influence the independent variable (academic burnout) has on the dependent variable (student learning outcomes). The population used as the research subjects were all grade XI DPIB students at SMK PU Negeri Bandung, with a sample of 52 students. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of a modified academic burnout questionnaire and student UAS score data. The results of a simple linear regression analysis showed that there was a significant negative influence between variables X and Y. The resulting regression equation is Y = 63.867 - 0.277X. This means that for every one-unit increase in academic burnout, student learning outcomes tend to decline by 0.277. This finding underscores the crucial importance of paying attention to students' mental health as a determining factor in academic success.
