    Abstract

    Penelitian ini berjudul “Pemanfaatan Media Teka-Teki Silang Berbasis Digital dalam Pembelajaran Sejarah (Studi Deskriptif di Kelas XI MAN 2 Sukabumi)”. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh adanya pemanfaatan media teka-teki silang berbasis digital dalam pembelajaran sejarah untuk mengatasi berbagai masalah dalam pembelajaran sejarah di kelas XI MAN 2 Sukabumi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan dan menggambarkan bagaimana guru dan siswa memanfaatkan media teka-teki silang berbasis digital dalam pembelajaran sejarah di kelas XI MAN 2 Sukabumi. metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek yang digunakan yaitu salah satu guru sejarah dan siswa di kelas XI 4 dan XI 5 MAN 2 Sukabumi. Untuk memperoleh data di lapangan peneliti memakai teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan beberapa hal, yaitu: (1) terdapat beberapa alasan guru memilih memanfaatkan media teka-teki silang berbasis digital; (2) pelaksanaan pemanfaatan media teka-teki silang berbasis memalui beberapa tahap yaitu, merancang modul ajar, membuat media pembelajaran dan pelaksanaan media pembelajaran di kelas; (3) selama proses pelaksanaan pemanfaatan media teka-teki silang berbasis digital terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi guru dan siswa. Meskipun begitu, guru tetap melakukan upaya untuk mengatasi semua kendala yang terjadi; (4) tanggapan siswa setelah menggunakan media teka-teki silang berbasis digital sangat antusias dan membuat siswa menjadi lebih memahami materi yang telah disampaikan sebelumnya. This study is entitled "The Utilization of Digital-Based Crossword Puzzle Media in History Learning (A Descriptive Study in Grade XI at MAN 2 Sukabumi)." The research is driven by the use of digital-based crossword puzzles as a learning medium to address various challenges in history education for Grade XI students at MAN 2 Sukabumi. The aim of this study is to describe and analyze how teachers and students utilize this media in the history learning process. A qualitative descriptive method was employed in this research. The subjects consisted of one history teacher and students from classes XI-4 and XI-5 at MAN 2 Sukabumi. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and document analysis. The findings of the study indicate that: (1) there are several reasons why the teacher opted to use digital-based crossword puzzle media; (2) the implementation process includes several stages, namely designing teaching module, creating learning media, and conducting classroom learning activities; (3) during implementation, both teachers and students encountered several obstacles, yet the teacher made consistent efforts to overcome them; (4) students responded enthusiastically to the use of digital crossword puzzle media, which significantly enhanced their understanding of the material previously delivered
