Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas metode Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dan Jigsaw dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kerja sama siswa kelas X Perhotelan di SMKN 15 Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan metode TGT dan kelas kontrol yang menggunakan metode Jigsaw. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan pre-test, post test soal pilihan ganda materi klasifikasi hotel, dalam mengukur kerja sama siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode memiliki efektivitas dalam meningkatkan kerja sama siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan melalui hasil uji statistik dan nilai N-Gain yang lebih tinggi pada kelas Jigsaw. Kesimpulannya, penerapan metode pembelajaran kooperatif seperti TGT dan Jigsaw mampu membentuk keterampilan sosial siswa, khususnya dalam konteks pembelajaran vokasional bidang perhotelan. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) and Jigsaw methods in improving the cooperation skills of class X Hospitality students at SMKN 15 Bandung. The method used is a quasi-experimental with a quantitative approach. The research subjects consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class using the TGT method and the control class using the Jigsaw method. Data collection was carried out through observation and pre-test, post-test multiple-choice questions on hotel classification material, in measuring student cooperation. The results of the study showed that both methods were effective in improving student cooperation. This was shown through the results of statistical tests and higher N-Gain values in the Jigsaw class. In conclusion, the application of cooperative learning methods such as TGT and Jigsaw is able to shape students' social skills, especially in the context of vocational learning in the hospitality field.
