    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya kemampuan belajar menulis aksara Sunda. Educaplay diterapkan dalam pembelajaran menulis aksara Sunda untuk mengukur kemampuan siswa sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya media Educaplay. Metode dalam penelitian ini yaitu kuasi eksperimen dengan desain penelitian one group retest-posttest design kepada siswa kelas VIII-J SMP Negeri 1 Lembang tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan tentang tiga hal yaitu: 1) Kemampuan menulis aksara Sunda siswa sebelum diterapkannya media Educaplay memiliki nilai rata-rata 36,36; 2) Kemampuan menulis aksara Sunda siswa sesudah diterapkannya media Educaplay memiliki nilai rata-rata 83,13; 3) Ada perbedaan yang siginifikan antara kemampuan menulis aksara Sunda siswa sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan media Educaplay. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis yang dilakukan terdapat beda yang signifikan antara kemampuan menulis aksara Sunda siswa kelas VIII-J SMP Negeri 1 Lembang tahun pelajaran 2024/2025 sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya media Educaplay. Maka kesimpulannya media Educaplay efektif diterapkan dalam pembelajaran menulis aksara Sunda. This study was motivated by the lack of learning ability to write Sundanese characters. Educaplay is applied in learning to write Sundanese characters to measure students' abilities before and after the application of Educaplay media. The method in this study is a quasi-experiment with a one group retest-posttest design to students of class VIII-J SMP Negeri 1 Lembang in the 2024/2025 academic year. The results of the study explain three things, namely: 1) The ability to write Sundanese characters of students before the application of Educaplay media has an average value of 36.36; 2) Students' Sundanese script writing ability after the application of Educaplay media has an average value of 83.13; 3) There is a significant difference between students' Sundanese script writing ability before and after using Educaplay media. Based on the results of the hypothesis test conducted, there is a significant difference between the ability to write Sundanese characters of students in class VIII-J SMP Negeri 1 Lembang in the 2024/2025 academic year before and after the application of Educaplay media. So the conclusion is that Educaplay media is effectively applied in learning to write Sundanese characters. Ieu panalungtikan dikasangtukangan ku kurangna kamampuh diajar nulis aksara Sunda. Métode dina ieu panalungtikan nyaéta kuasi ékspérimén kalawan desain panalungtikan one group pretest-posttest design ka siswa kelas VIII-J SMP Negeri 1 Lémbang taun ajar 2024/2025. Hasil dina ieu panalungtikan ngébréhkeun ngeunaan tilu hal. Kahiji, kamampuh nulis aksara Sunda siswa saméméh dilarapkeunna média Educaplay aya dina rata-rata peunteun 36,36. Kadua, kamampuh nulis aksara Sunda sabada dilarapkeunna media Educaplay aya dina rata-rata peunteun 83,13. Katilu, ayana béda nu signifikan antara kamampuh nulis aksara Sunda saméméh jeung sabada dilarapkeunna média Educaplay. Hasil uji hipotésis nuduhkeun yén aya béda anu signifikan antara kamampuh nulis aksara Sunda siswa kelas VIII-J SMP Negeri 1 Lémbang taun ajar 2024/2025 saméméh jeung sabada dilarapkeunna media Educaplay. Ku kituna bisa dicindekkeun yén media Educaplay éféktif pikeun dipaké dina pangajaran aksara Sunda.
