Abstract
Kemampuan bekerja sama merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang kini semakin diakui sebagai kompetensi yang sangat dibutuhkan. Kompetensi tersebut perlu dimiliki oleh siswa sebab kemampuan ini dapat menunjang kehidupan sosialnya. Namun masalah yang ditemukan menunjukkan rendahnya kemampuan kerjasama pada pembelajaran seni tari. Kurangnya interaksi yang efektif dalam berkelompok dan keterbatasan guru dalam penggunaan metode pengajaran pada kemampuan kerja sama siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembelajaran dengan penerapan model Cooperative Learning tipeTeam Games Tournament (TGT) untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kerja siswa dalam pembelajaran seni tari kelas VIII E SMP Negeri 5 Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskripsi dengan desain pra-eksperimental yaitu one group pretest-posttest design. Subjek penelitian adalah 35 siswa kelas VIII E SMP Negeri 5 Bandung. Data dikumpulkan melalui pretest dan posttest untuk mengukur kemampuan kerja siswa, serta observasi dan wawancara untuk mendapatkan informasi mendalam tentang kondisi awal dan proses pembelajaran. Hasil perolehan menunjukan bahwa rata-rata nilai pada pretest adalah 39,5714, sementara rata-rata nilai posttest mencapai 54,3714. Setelah melaksanakan uji paired sample T-Test, diperoleh nilai signifikansi (2-tailed) sebesar 0,01 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05. Hasil pretest dan posttest terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kerja siswa dalam pembelajaran seni tari di SMP Negeri 5 Bandung. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa model cooperative learning tipe TGT berhasil menciptakan suasana belajar yang kolaboratif, interaktif, dan menyenangkan, sehingga siswaa lebih aktif, percaya diri, dan mampu bekerjasama secara optimal. This competency needs to be possessed by students because this ability can support their social life. However, problems found indicate low cooperation skills in dance learning. The lack of effective interaction in groups and the limitations of teachers in the use of teaching methods on students' cooperation skills. This study aims to describe the learning process by implementing the Cooperative Learning model of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) type to improve students' work skills in dance learning for class VIII E of SMP Negeri 5 Bandung. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a pre-experimental design, namely one group pretest-posttest design. The subjects of the study were 35 students of class VIII E of SMP Negeri 5 Bandung. Data were collected through pretests and posttests to measure students' work skills, as well as observations and interviews to obtain in-depth information about the initial conditions and the learning process. The results showed that the average score on the pretest was 39.5714, while the average posttest score reached 54.3714. After conducting the Paired Sample T-Test, a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.01 was obtained, which is smaller than 0.05. The results of the pretest and posttest proved effective in improving students' work abilities in dance learning at SMP Negeri 5 Bandung. This shows that the TGT type of cooperative learning model successfully created a collaborative, interactive, and enjoyable learning atmosphere, so that students were more active, confident, and able to work together optimally.
