    Abstract

    Keterlibatan siswa menjadi faktor penting dalam meningkatkan prestasi akademik, mengurangi tingkat putus sekolah, dan membentuk karakter siswa. Keterlibatan ini mencakup dimensi perilaku, emosional, dan kognitif, yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal maupun eksternal seperti dukungan guru, teman sebaya, dan metode pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran keterlibatan siswa dalam projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dan menghasilkan rencana program bimbingan belajar untuk mengembangkan keterlibatan siswa dalam projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila di Sekolah Menengah Atas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan desain cross-sectional study. Penelitian ini melibatkan seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 6 Bandung dengan jumlah 308 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan keterlibatan siswa dalam projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila berada pada kategori sedang. Artinya, siswa sudah terlibat dalam projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila, namun partisipasinya belum optimal. Hasil penelitian ini menjadi dasar dalam penyusunan program bimbingan belajar untuk mengembangkan keterlibatan siswa dalam projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila di Sekolah Menengah Atas. Student engagement is an important factor in improving academic achievement, reducing dropout rates, and shaping student character. This involvement encompasses behavioral, emotional, and cognitive dimensions, influenced by both internal and external factors such as teacher support, peer influence, and teaching methods. The purpose of this study is to examine the extent of student involvement in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project and to develop a tutoring program plan to enhance student involvement in the project at senior high schools. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method and a cross-sectional study design. The study involves all 308 students in grade XI at SMA Negeri 6 Bandung. The results show that overall, student involvement in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project is categorized as moderate. This means that students are already involved in the project, but their participation is not yet optimal. The results of this study serve as the basis for developing a tutoring program to enhance student involvement in the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project at the high school level.
