    Abstract

    Transformasi digital di lingkungan kerja menuntut adanya platform pembelajaran yang adaptif dan inklusif lintas generasi. PT PELNI (Persero) mengembangkan platform Learning Center and Sharing Area (LENTERA) sebagai sarana berbagi pengetahuan dan pengembangan kompetensi karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi karyawan lintas generasi terhadap pemanfaatan LENTERA ditinjau dari tiga variabel utama, yaitu Kemudahan Akses, Kesesuaian Konten, dan Kompetensi Karyawan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan penyebaran angket kepada 60 responden yang mewakili Generasi X, Y, dan Z di PT PELNI. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan quota sampling berdasarkan kelompok generasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan interpretasi kategori interval. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi karyawan terhadap Kemudahan Akses berada pada kategori tinggi, dengan indikator pemahaman teknis dan fleksibilitas waktu sebagai aspek paling menonjol. Kesesuaian Konten juga berada pada kategori tinggi, terutama pada indikator relevansi materi teknis serta kelengkapan dan pembaruan materi, meskipun terdapat perbedaan preferensi gaya belajar antar generasi. Sementara itu, Kompetensi Karyawan berada pada kategori sedang, yang menunjukkan perlunya strategi tambahan dalam menginternalisasi pengetahuan dan mendorong budaya belajar mandiri. Secara keseluruhan, LENTERA telah berfungsi sebagai media pembelajaran digital yang efektif, namun masih memerlukan penguatan dari sisi tampilan antarmuka, diferensiasi konten lintas generasi, dan strategi self-directed learning. The digital transformation in the workplace requires learning platforms that are adaptive and inclusive across generations. PT PELNI (Persero) developed the Learning Center and Sharing Area (LENTERA) as a medium for knowledge sharing and employee competence development. This study aims to examine employees’ cross-generational perceptions of LENTERA, focusing on three main variables: Ease of Access, Content Relevance, and Employee Competence. This research employed a quantitative descriptive approach by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents representing Generations X, Y, and Z within PT PELNI. The sampling technique used was quota sampling based on generational groups. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and interpreted through interval categorization. The results show that employees’ perceptions of Ease of Access are in the high category, particularly regarding technical understanding and time flexibility. Content Relevance is also in the high category, with strengths in material relevance, completeness, and regular updates, although generational preferences differ in terms of learning styles. Meanwhile, Employee Competence falls into the moderate category, indicating the need for stronger strategies to internalize knowledge and foster a culture of self-directed learning. Overall, LENTERA has functioned effectively as a digital learning medium to support PT PELNI’s digital transformation, yet further improvement is required in user interface design, content differentiation across generations, and the reinforcement of self-directed learning strategies.
