    Abstract

    MODEL BIMBINGAN SUFISTIK TADABBUR ALAM UNTUK MENGEMBANGKAN DAYA LENTUR PSIKOLOGIS MAHASISWA Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan model bimbingan sufistik tadabbur alam untuk mengembangkan daya lentur psikologis mahasiswa. Model bimbingan sufistik tadabbur alam dikembangkan berlandaskan filsafat tasawuf akhlaki, tasawuf falsafi, dan filsafat pendidikan Islam (religius-rasional) serta berdasarkan teori tazkiyatun nafs (Al Ghazali) dan wahdatul wujud (Ibnu Arabi). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian yakni research and development (R & D) dengan lima langkah utama yakni (1) Studi pendahuluan; (2) Perumusan model bimbingan sufistik tadabbur alam; (3) Validasi rasional model; (4) Implementasi model; (5) Evaluasi. Pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen daya lentur psikologis. Analisis data menggunakan analisis data kualitatif (reduksi data, pengkodean tema, dan interpretasi makna) dan analisis data kuantitatif (Independent t-test). Hasil guna penelitian meliputi: (1) Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran praktis tentang profil daya lentur psikologis mahasiswa, sehingga dapat menjadi dasar bagi konselor, dosen, maupun pihak perguruan tinggi dalam merancang strategi pembinaan mental mahasiswa. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa masih membutuhkan penguatan dalam menghadapi tekanan akademik maupun kehidupan sehari-hari. (2) Disertasi ini menghasilkan model bimbingan sufistik tadabbur alam yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai alternatif layanan bimbingan untuk mengembangkan daya lentur psikologis mahasiswa. Model ini dapat digunakan oleh para konselor, pembimbing akademik, maupun lembaga pendidikan sebagai pedoman praktis, karena sudah dilengkapi dengan komponen rasional, tujuan, sasaran, peran pembimbing, metode, struktur, tahapan, serta indikator keberhasilan. (3) Hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa model bimbingan sufistik tadabbur alam sangat layak diterapkan di lingkungan perguruan tinggi. Hal ini memberi implikasi bahwa lembaga pendidikan dapat menggunakannya sebagai program layanan yang efektif dalam membantu mahasiswa meningkatkan ketahanan psikologis, membangun karakter religius, serta menghadapi tantangan hidup dengan lebih sabar, ikhlas, dan tangguh. Hasil penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan ilmu bimbingan dan konseling dengan menegaskan pentingnya integrasi pendekatan sufistik dalam memperkuat ketahanan mental mahasiswa, sekaligus memberikan peluang eksplorasi model bimbingan sufistik tadabbur alam dalam skala lebih luas di berbagai perguruan tinggi, baik di Indonesia maupun kawasan Asia Tenggara. Kata kunci: Model, Bimbingan Sufistik Tadabbur Alam, Daya Lentur Psikologis A MODEL OF NATURAL SUFISTIC GUIDANCE TO DEVELOP STUDENTS' PSYCHOLOGICAL FLEXIBILITY This research aims to produce a sufistic guidance model of natural tadabbur to develop students' psychological flexibility. The Sufistic guidance model of tadabbur alam was developed based on the philosophy of moral Sufism, philosophical Sufism, and the philosophy of Islamic education (religious-rational) as well as based on the theory of tazkiyatun nafs (Al Ghazali) and wahdatul wujud (Ibn Arabi). The method used in the research is research and development (R&D) with five main steps, namely (1) Preliminary study; (2) Formulation of a sufistic guidance model of natural tadabbur guidance; (3) Rational validation of the model; (4) Model implementation; (5) Evaluation. Data collection used psychological flexibility instruments. Data analysis uses qualitative data analysis (data reduction, theme coding, and interpretation of meaning) and quantitative data analysis (Independent t-test). The results of the research include: (1) This study provides a practical overview of the profile of students' psychological flexibility, so that it can be the basis for counselors, lecturers, and universities in designing student mental development strategies. These results show that students still need reinforcement in dealing with academic and daily life pressures. (2) This dissertation produces a sufistic guidance model of natural tadabbur that can be used as an alternative guidance service to develop students' psychological flexibility. This model can be used by counselors, academic supervisors, and educational institutions as a practical guideline, because it is equipped with rational components, goals, objectives, role of supervisors, methods, structures, stages, and indicators of success. (3) The results of the study also prove that the sufistic guidance model of natural tadabbur is very feasible to be applied in the university environment. This implies that educational institutions can use it as an effective service program in helping students increase psychological resilience, build religious character, and face life's challenges more patiently, sincerely, and resiliently. The results of this study contribute to the development of guidance and counseling science by emphasizing the importance of integrating the sufistic approach in strengthening students' mental resilience, as well as providing opportunities to explore the sufistic guidance model of tadabbur alam on a wider scale in various universities, both in Indonesia and the Southeast Asian region.
