    Abstract

    Presentasi motivasi tidak hanya menyampaikan pesan inspiratif, tetapi juga memuat strategi komunikasi yang mampu memengaruhi emosi, pola pikir, dan tindakan pendengar melalui penggunaan bahasa yang inspiratif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara komprehensif jenis-jenis tuturan ilokusi dalam presentasi motivasi bahasa Korea yang diunggah di platform Youtube. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan teori klasifikasi tindak tutur ilokusi menurut Searle. Metode yang digunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data simak-catat terhadap sejumlah video presentasi motivasi di Youtube. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat 137 tuturan ilokusi yang teridentifikasi, ditemukan bahwa jenis tindak tutur ilokusi asertif adalah yang paling dominan muncul sebanyak 69%, yaitu tuturan yang digunakan pembicara untuk menyampaikan fakta, pendapat, atau keyakinan yang diyakininya benar. Hal ini sejalan dengan teori presentasi motivasi karena fungsi utama dari presentasi motivasi adalah memberikan pengetahuan, semangat, serta inspirasi kepada audiens agar termotivasi dalam mencapai tujuan tertentu. Tuturan asertif menjadi penting karena melalui pernyataan fakta atau keyakinan, pembicara membangun kredibilitas dirinya sekaligus menciptakan dasar yang kuat untuk memengaruhi pendengar. Berikutnya, ditemukan juga tuturan direktif sebanyak 16%, lalu tuturan ekspresif sebanyak 10%, dan tuturan komisif sebanyak 5%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, temuan ini bermanfaat untuk memberikan pemahaman mengenai strategi penggunaan bahasa dalam komunikasi, khususnya dalam konteks presentasi motivasi bahasa Korea. Motivational presentations not only deliver inspirational messages but also employ communication strategies that influence the emotions, mindset, and actions of the audience through the use of persuasive language. This study aims to comprehensively analyze the types of illocutionary speech acts in Korean motivational presentations uploaded on YouTube, employing Searle’s classification of speech acts as the theoretical framework. The research adopts a qualitative descriptive method with a note-taking technique applied to several motivational presentation videos on YouTube. The findings reveal that 137 illocutionary speech acts were identified, with assertive acts being the most dominant at 69%. These acts were used by speakers to convey facts, opinions, or beliefs they hold to be true. This aligns with the theory of motivational presentations, as their primary function is to provide knowledge, encouragement, and inspiration to the audience in order to foster motivation in achieving specific goals. Assertive acts play a crucial role since, through statements of fact or belief, the speaker builds credibility and establishes a strong foundation for influencing the audience. Furthermore, directive acts (16%), expressive acts (10%), and commissive acts (5%) were also identified. These findings contribute to a deeper understanding of linguistic strategies in persuasive communication, particularly within the context of Korean motivational presentations. 본 연구는 유튜브에 업로드된 한국어 동기 부여 프레젠테이션에서 나타나는 화행 유형을 종합적으로 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 동기 부여 프레젠테이션은 단순히 영감을 주는 메시지를 전달하는 데 그치지 않고, 청중의 감정, 사고방식, 행동에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 언어적 전략을 활용한다. 본 연구는 세얼(Searle)의 화행 분류 이론을 이론적 틀로 삼아, 몇 편의 동기 부여 프레젠테이션 영상을 대상으로 하는 기술적 질적 연구 방법과 필기 청취 기법을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 연구 결과, 총 137개의 화행이 확인되었으며, 그중 진술 화행(Assertive)이 가장 높은 비율(69%)을 차지하였다. 이는 화자가 자신이 옳다고 믿는 사실, 의견, 혹은 신념을 전달하는 발화로, 동기 부여 프레젠테이션의 주요 기능인 지식 제공, 격려, 영감을 통한 청중의 동기 유발과 밀접한 관련이 있다. 진술 화행은 화자가 신뢰성을 구축하고 청중에게 영향을 미칠 수 있는 강력한 기반을 마련하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다. 또한 지시 화행(Directive)이 16%, 표현 화행(Expressive)이 10%, 약속 화행(Commissive)이 5%의 비율로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과는 설득적 의사소통에서의 언어 사용 전략, 특히 한국어 동기 부여 프레젠테이션 맥락에 대한 이해를 심화하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
