    Abstract

    Penelitian ini mengkaji peran literasi digital dalam memoderasi pengaruh Learning Management System (LMS) Scientia terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis SMKN 1 Ciamis. Rendahnya pemanfaatan LMS Scientia menjadi perhatian utama, dimana hanya 34,25% siswa menyelesaikan akses materi pembelajaran dan 46,30% siswa menyelesaikan pengumpulan tugas. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan 80 responden siswa kelas XI Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis SMKN 1 Ciamis. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner menggunakan skala Likert 5 poin untuk mengukur tiga variabel utama, yaitu LMS, motivasi belajar, dan literasi digital. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) efektivitas LMS Scientia berada pada kategori tinggi; (2) tingkat motivasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori tinggi; (3) tingkat literasi digital siswa berada pada kategori tinggi; (4) LMS Scientia berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa; (5) literasi digital terbukti berperan signifikan dalam memoderasi pengaruh Learning Management System (LMS) Scientia terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Implikasi penelitian menunjukkan perlunya optimalisasi LMS Scientia melalui pengembangan sistem notifikasi dan implementasi gamifikasi pembelajaran. Peningkatan literasi digital siswa perlu didukung program pelatihan sistematis dan penggunaan fitur komunikasi yang lebih interaktif untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatan LMS dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar. This study examines the role of digital literacy in moderating the influence of Learning Management System (LMS) Scientia on the learning motivation of Grade XI students in the Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis program at SMKN 1 Ciamis. The low utilization of LMS Scientia has become a major concern, with only 34.25% of students completing access to learning materials and 46.30% submitting their assignments. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach with a survey method. The respondents consist of 80 Grade XI students from the Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis program at SMKN 1 Ciamis. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale, measuring three main variables: LMS, learning motivation, and digital literacy. Data analysis was conducted using Moderating Regression Analysis (MRA). The results indicate that: (1) the effectiveness of LMS Scientia is categorized as high; (2) the level of students’ learning motivation is high; (3) the level of students’ digital literacy is also high; (4) LMS Scientia has a positive and significant effect on students’ learning motivation; and (5) digital literacy significantly moderates the influence of LMS Scientia on students’ learning motivation. The implications of this research suggest the need to optimize LMS Scientia by enhancing its notification system and implementing gamification in learning. Improving students’ digital literacy should be supported through systematic training programs and the use of more interactive communication features to maximize LMS utilization in enhancing learning motivation.
