    Abstract

    Abstrak Kebugaran jasmani merupakan intangible asset yang menjadi faktor krusial dalam peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Literasi fisik merupakan suatu proses perkembangan yang menggabungkan berbagai komponen yang saling berhubungan dalam memiliki gaya hidup aktif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa sekolah dasar berdasarkan tingkat literasi fisik domain knowledge and understanding. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif komparatif. Populasi penelitian terdiri atas siswa kelas V dan VI SDN Pasirhuni Kabupaten Sumedang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuisoner literasi fisik CAPL-2 domain knowledge and understanding dan TKSI Fase C. Karena data yang diperoleh tidak berdistribusi normal, maka analisis menggunakan uji Kruskall-Wallis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan tingkat kebugaran jasmani berdasarkan tingkat literasi fisik domain knowledge and understanding. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa peningkatakan literasi fisik memiliki peranan penting dalam mendukung kebugaran jasmani. Temuan ini memberikan keterbaikan bagi sekolah dan guru penjas untuk dapat memperkuat kembali pelajaran yang mendukung perkembangan literasi fisik juga kebugaran jasmani dengan merata. Kata kunci: Aktivitas Fisik, Kebugaran Jasmani, Literasi Fisik Abstract Physical fitness is an intangible asset that is a crucial factor in improving the quality of human resources. Physical literacy is a developmental process that combines various interconnected components in having an active lifestyle. This study aims to determine the difference in the physical fitness levels of elementary school student based on the level of physical literacy in the domain of knowledge and understanding. This study used a comparative quatitative method. The study population consisted of fifth and sixth grade students of Pasirhuni Elemnetary School, Sumedang Regency. The instruments used were the CAPL-2 physical literacy questionnaire in the domain of knowledge and understanding and the TKSI phase C. Because the data obtained were not normaly distributed, the analysis used the Kruskall-Wallis test. The result of the study showed that there were differences in physical fitness levels based on the level of physical literacy in the knowledge and understanding domain. It can be concluded that increasing physical literacy plays an important role in supporting physical fitness. These findings provide improvements for schools and physical education teachers to be able to reinforce lessons that support the development of physical literacy and physical fitness evenly.
