Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisisi implementasi pendidikan karakter dalam perspektif K.H. Ahmad Dahlan di TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 1 Pangandaran, mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan (strategi), dan evaluasi. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan pendidikan karakter berlandaskan Al-Qur’an, Hadits, pemikiran K.H. Ahmad Dahlan, visi-misi TK Aisyiyah, dan disinkronkan dengan Kurikulum Merdeka, serta menggabungkan konsep ilmu-iman-amal secara terpadu. Dalam pelaksanaannya, strategi yang digunakan meliputi pembiasaan, keteladanan guru, storytelling, permainan edukatif, dan kolaborasi aktif dengan orang tua. Evaluasi karakter dilakukan secara intensif dan autentik menggunakan instrumen observasi harian, cek lis perkembangan, buku penghubung, kolom karakter rapor, portofolio, dokumentasi praktik ibadah, serta umpan balik orang tua, dengan tindak lanjut yang konkret. Kontribusi penelitian ini terletak pada pengungkapan nilai-nilai karakter seperti kejujuran, kedisiplinan, kerja sama, menepati janji, bersyukur, dan tanggung jawab yang dipengaruhi oleh perspektif K.H. Ahmad Dahlan namun belum banyak dibahas dalam penelitian sebelumnya pada jenjang anak usia dini. Temuan ini memberikan landasan teoretis dan praktis untuk pengembangan pendidikan karakter yang kontekstual dan autentik di TK. This study aims to analyse the implementation of character education from the perspective of K.H. Ahmad Dahlan at Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 1 Kindergarten in Pangandaran, covering planning, implementation (strategies), and evaluation. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that character education planning is grounded in the Qur’an, Hadith, the ideas of K.H. Ahmad Dahlan, and the vision and mission of Aisyiyah Kindergarten, and is aligned with the Merdeka Curriculum, integrating the concepts of knowledge, faith, and practice. The implementation strategies include habituation, teacher role modeling, storytelling, educational games, and active collaboration with parents. Character evaluation is carried out intensively and authentically using instruments such as daily observations, developmental checklists, liaison books, report card character columns, portfolios, documentation of religious practices, and parental feedback, followed by concrete actions. The contribution of this research lies in highlighting character values such as honesty, discipline, cooperation, keeping promises, gratitude, and responsibility, which are in line with the perspective of K.H. Ahmad Dahlan but have not been widely discussed in previous early childhood education research. These findings provide both theoretical and practical insights for developing contextual and authentic character education in kindergartens.
