    Abstract

    Pada penelitian ini yang berjudul “Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Bojongloa Kidul”. Tujuan penelitian ini secara umum untuk mengetahui gambaran pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket kepada 65 guru di SDN Kecamatan Bojongloa Kidul. Berdasarkan perhitungan kecenderungan umum dengan Weight Means Score (WMS). Hasilnya menunjukan kecenderungan umum variabel X dengan skor 3,37 termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Sedangkan Kecenderungan umum variabel Y dengan skor 3,35 termasuk kategori sangat baik. Hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,618 yang artinya variabel X memiliki korelasi atau hubungan yang kuat dengan variabel Y. Hasil uji signifikansi diperoleh thitung sebesar 6,246 sedangkan ttabel 1,669, yang artinya nilai thitung > ttabel. Dengan hasil uji koefisien determinasi sebesar 38,2% dan hasil analisis regresi diperoleh Y = 18,736 + 0,618X yang artinya setiap penambahan satu poin kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah, maka dapat meningkatkan kinerja guru. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional kepala sekolah dengan kinerja guru di SDN Kecamatan Bojongloa Kidul. In this study entitled "The Influence of Principal Transformational Leadership on Teacher Performance in Public Elementary Schools in Bojongloa Kidul District". The general purpose of this study is to determine the description of the influence of principal transformational leadership on teacher performance. The research method used is a descriptive quantitative method. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 65 teachers at SDN Bojongloa Kidul District. Based on the calculation of general tendencies with Weight Means Score (WMS). The results show the general tendency of variable X with a score of 3.37 is included in the very good category. While the general tendency of variable Y with a score of 3.35 is included in the very good category. The results of the correlation coefficient calculation are 0.618 which means that variable X has a strong correlation or relationship with variable Y. The results of the significance test obtained t count of 6.246 while t table 1.669, which means the tcount value> ttable. With the results of the determination coefficient test of 38.2% and the results of the regression analysis obtained Y = 18.736 + 0.618X, which means that every additional one point of the principal's transformational leadership can improve teacher performance. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between the principal's transformational leadership and teacher performance at SDN Bojongloa Kidul District.
