    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD (Student Teams-Achievement Divisions) terhadap keterampilan bermain futsal siswa di SMP Negeri 37 Bandung. Model STAD menekankan kerja sama dalam kelompok kecil dan dinilai mampu meningkatkan keterampilan teknik dasar futsal, seperti dribbling, passing, dan shooting. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan dua kelompok, yaitu kontrol dan eksperimen, masing-masing terdiri dari 20 siswa. Hasil pretest menunjukkan nilai rata-rata kelompok kontrol 0,4820 dan kelompok eksperimen 0,4815. Setelah perlakuan, posttest kelompok eksperimen meningkat signifikan menjadi 0,5500, sedangkan kelompok kontrol hanya 0,4925. Uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk menunjukkan bahwa data posttest eksperimen tidak terdistribusi normal (p = 0,003), sementara data kelompok kontrol normal (p = 0,290). Uji homogenitas varians menunjukkan hasil homogen, dengan nilai signifikansi masing-masing 0,719 (kontrol) dan 0,138 (eksperimen).Uji Mann-Whitney U menghasilkan nilai signifikansi 0,048 (kontrol) dan 0,000 (eksperimen), menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antar kelompok. Temuan ini membuktikan bahwa model STAD memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan keterampilan futsal. Selain manfaat fisik, model ini juga mendorong interaksi sosial, motivasi belajar, dan semangat kerja sama, sehingga sangat direkomendasikan dalam pembelajaran PJOK. This study aims to determine the effect of the STAD (Student Teams-Achievement Divisions) cooperative learning model on students' futsal skills at SMP Negeri 37 Bandung. The STAD model emphasizes cooperation in small groups and is considered capable of improving basic futsal skills, such as dribbling, passing, and shooting. This study used an experimental method with two groups, namely control and experimental, each consisting of 20 students. The pretest results showed an average score of 0.4820 for the control group and 0.4815 for the experimental group. After the intervention, the posttest score for the experimental group increased significantly to 0.5500, while the control group remained at 0.4925. The Shapiro-Wilk normality test showed that the experimental posttest data were not normally distributed (p = 0.003), while the control group data were normal (p = 0.290). The homogeneity of variance test showed homogeneous results, with significance values of 0.719 (control) and 0.138 (experimental), respectively.The Mann-Whitney U test yielded significance values of 0.048 (control) and 0.000 (experimental), indicating a significant difference between groups. These findings prove that the STAD model has a positive effect on improving futsal skills. In addition to physical benefits, this model also encourages social interaction, learning motivation, and teamwork spirit, making it highly recommended for physical education instruction.
