    Abstract

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berbantu agenda digital pada aspek perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan tindak lanjut, menganalisis efektivitasnya dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru khususnya kedisiplinan dan kualitas pembelajaran serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukung dan penghambatnya di SMAN 1 Pangalengan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, dan guru, kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek perencanaan, agenda digital dimanfaatkan untuk mengintegrasikan data kehadiran guru di kelas secara real-time yang diinput oleh siswa, dan digunakan sebagai dasar penentuan prioritas supervisi. Jadwal supervisi diatur melalui aplikasi pengelolaan kinerja pada platform Ruang GTK dan disesuaikan oleh tim kurikulum. Pada pelaksanaan, agenda digital memudahkan verifikasi kehadiran guru dan memperlancar koordinasi supervisi. Pada tindak lanjut, data supervisi memudahkan penelusuran progres implementasi rekomendasi pembinaan guru, meskipun konsistensinya masih bervariasi. Efektivitas supervisi berbantu agenda digital tampak pada peningkatan kedisiplinan guru melalui transparansi data kehadiran, serta peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran melalui umpan balik berbasis data. Faktor pendukung meliputi komitmen manajemen, ketersediaan perangkat dan internet, serta partisipasi siswa. Faktor penghambat mencakup keterbatasan literasi digital sebagian guru, ketergantungan koneksi internet, dan belum adanya SOP baku. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa agenda digital berkontribusi positif terhadap manajemen supervisi, kedisiplinan, dan kualitas pembelajaran guru. Optimalisasi pemanfaatannya memerlukan penguatan aspek tindak lanjut, peningkatan literasi digital, serta penetapan prosedur standar agar keberlanjutan sistem terjamin. This study aims to describe the implementation of academic supervision of principals assisted by digital agenda in the aspects of planning, implementation, and follow-up, analyze its effectiveness in improving teacher performance, especially discipline and quality of learning and identify supporting and inhibiting factors at SMAN 1 Pangalengan. The research used a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation studies of principals, vice principals, and teachers, then analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that in the planning aspect, the digital agenda is used to integrate data on teacher attendance in class in real-time inputted by students, and is used as the basis for determining supervision priorities. The supervision schedule is set through the performance management application on the Ruang GTK platform and adjusted by the curriculum team. In implementation, the digital agenda facilitates verification of teacher attendance and streamlines supervision coordination. In the follow-up, supervision data makes it easier to track the progress of implementing teacher coaching recommendations, although the consistency still varies. The effectiveness of digital agenda-assisted supervision can be seen in the improvement of teacher discipline through transparency of attendance data and the improvement of learning quality through data-based feedback. Supporting factors include management commitment, availability of devices and internet, and student participation. The inhibiting factors include some teachers' limited digital literacy, internet connection dependency, and the absence of standardized SOPs. The research conclusion confirms that the digital agenda contributes positively to supervision management, discipline, and the quality of teacher learning. Optimizing its use requires strengthening follow-up aspects, improving digital literacy, and establishing standard procedures to ensure system sustainability.
