    Abstract

    Sharenting merupakan perilaku yang dilakukan orang tua dalam membagikan informasi mengenai anaknya baik mengenai aktivitas anak ataupun pola pengasuhannya di media sosial berupa teks, foto, atau video. Perilaku sharenting ini sudah banyak dibahas dalam pendekatan kualitatif namun di Indonesia sendiri belum ada alat ukur dalam mengukur frekuensi perilaku sharenting sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan alat ukur sharenting . Pengembangan skala Pengembangan skala dilakukan melalui metode campuran yaitu menggunakan metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif.Pada metode kualitatif menggunakan open-ended question pada orang tua yang memiliki media sosial (N=125) yang digunakan sebagai dasar pengembangan item. Studi Pertama (N=363) menghasilkan 19 item berdasarkan analisis item dan eksploratori faktor analisis. Studi kedua (N=318) yaitu uji validitas untuk mengonfirmasi model fator yang ada dengan indeks parameter serta menunjukkan hasil indeks parameter yang baik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sharenting memiliki validitas dan reliabilitas yang baik, dengan bukti korelasi positif terhadap instrumen PAQ-R, MIPQ, RSDS dan berkorelasi negatif dengan RFPS. Skala sharenting diharapkan dapat menjadi alat yang berharga bagi peneliti dan praktisi dalam bidang psikologi keluarga, sosial, dan juga pendidikan. Sharenting is a behavior carried out by parents in sharing information about their children, both regarding their activities and parenting patterns on social media in the form of text, photos, or videos. This sharenting behavior has been widely discussed in qualitative approaches, but in Indonesia itself there is no measuring tool to measure the frequency of sharenting behavior, so this study aims to develop a sharenting measurement tool. Scale development Scale development was carried out through a mixed method, namely using qualitative and quantitative methods. The qualitative method used open-ended questions on parents who have social media (N = 125) which were used as the basis for item development. The first study (N = 363) produced 19 items based on item analysis and exploratory factor analysis. The second study (N = 318) was a validity test to confirm the existing factor model with parameter indexes and showed good parameter index results. The results showed that sharenting has good validity and reliability, with evidence of positive correlations with the PAQ-R, MIPQ, RSDS instruments and a negative correlation with the RFPS. The sharenting scale is expected to be a valuable tool for researchers and practitioners in the fields of family, social, and educational psychology.
