Abstract
Integrasi potensi lokal dalam pembelajaran di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) berfungsi sebagai katalisator untuk menciptakan sinergi antara pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang terampil dan percepatan pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) menganalisis tren riset global terkait kurikulum berkelanjutan berbasis potensi lokal; (2) mengidentifikasi dimensi dan kriteria penyusunan kurikulum berkelanjutan berbasis potensi lokal pada sekolah kejuruan; serta (3) menyusun model kurikulum berkelanjutan berbasis potensi lokal pada Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah design-based research (DBR) yang diimplementasikan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu tinjauan pustaka komprehensif, survei lapangan dengan melibatkan 73 guru ATP sebagai responden, dan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) untuk merumuskan model kurikulum. Model yang dikembangkan mengacu pada standar Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) dan didasarkan pada empat pilar fundamental, yakni: (1) penguatan kurikulum vokasional, (2) optimalisasi potensi lokal, (3) pengembangan kompetensi pedagogik profesional, dan (4) pembangunan ekosistem kolaboratif. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat membuktikan bahwa pembelajaran terintegrasi potensi lokal mampu menghasilkan lulusan yang tidak hanya menguasai kompetensi teknis, tetapi juga memiliki kepedulian lingkungan serta kesadaran sosio-kultural yang responsif terhadap konteks daerah. Secara strategis, implementasi model ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi terhadap pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), khususnya SDG 4, sekaligus berperan sebagai instrumen strategis dalam mendorong adopsi standar keberlanjutan nasional. The integration of local potential in learning in Vocational High Schools (SMK) serves as a catalyst to create synergy between the development of skilled human resources and the acceleration of sustainable regional economic growth. This study aims to: (1) analyze global research trends related to sustainable curriculum based on local potential; (2) identify the dimensions and criteria for developing a sustainable curriculum based on local potential in vocational schools; and (3) develop a sustainable curriculum model based on local potential in Vocational High Schools (SMK). The research method used is design-based research (DBR) which is implemented through three stages, namely a comprehensive literature review, a field survey involving 73 ATP teachers as respondents, and a Focus Group Discussion (FGD) to formulate a curriculum model. The model developed refers to the Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) standard and is based on four fundamental pillars, namely: (1) strengthening the vocational curriculum, (2) optimizing local potential, (3) developing professional pedagogical competencies, and (4) building a collaborative ecosystem. The research findings are expected to demonstrate that integrated learning based on local potential can produce graduates who not only master technical competencies but also demonstrate environmental awareness and socio-cultural awareness responsive to the local context. Strategically, the implementation of this model is expected to contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4, while also serving as a strategic instrument in encouraging the adoption of national sustainability standards.
