Abstract
Konsep diri penting bagi remaja karena memengaruhi cara individu dalam menilai, menerima, dan menghargai diri sendiri. Konsep diri terbentuk melalui proses belajar dan dipengaruhi oleh faktor lingkungan, seperti fenomena K-pop yang digemari oleh remaja. K-pop dapat membantu meningkatkan motivasi dan kreativitas, tetapi juga berpotensi dalam pembentukan pandangan negatif mengenai diri sendiri apabila tidak disikapi secara adaptif. Penelitian bertujuan untuk merancang program bimbingan pribadi berdasarkan profil konsep diri siswa penggemar K-pop. Konsep diri yang dikaji mengacu pada teori Burns yang mencakup komponen belief, evaluation, dan behavioural tendency. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa penggemar K-pop kelas X di salah satu SMA di Kabupaten Bandung tahun pelajaran 20245/2025. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran instrumen self concept dan identifikasi tingkat keterlibatan siswa sebagai penggemar K-pop. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat siswa penggemar K-pop yang memiliki konsep diri cenderung negatif, terutama dalam komponen belief dan evaluation. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, dirancang program bimbingan pribadi yang berfokus pada peningkatan harga diri, penguatan evaluasi diri secara realistis, dan pengembangan sikap adaptif dalam menyikapi kegemaran terhadap K-pop. Self-concept is important for adolescents because it influences how individuals assess, accept, and value themselves. Self-concept is formed through a learning process and influenced by environmental factors, such as the K-pop phenomenon popular among adolescents. K-pop can help enhance motivation and creativity, but it also has the potential to foster negative self-perceptions if not approached adaptively. The study aims to design personalized counseling services based on the self-concept profiles of K-pop fan students. The self-concept being studied is based on Burns' theory, which includes the components of belief, evaluation, and behavioral tendency. The research method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The research subjects are K-pop fan students in grade 10 at a high school in Bandung Regency during the 20245/2025 academic year. Data collection techniques involved distributing self-concept instruments and identifying the level of student involvement as K-pop fans. The research results indicate that there are K-pop fan students with a tendency toward negative self-concept, particularly in the belief and evaluation aspects. Based on these findings, personalized guidance program was designed, focusing on enhancing self-esteem, strengthening realistic self-evaluation, and developing adaptive attitudes toward their passion for K-pop.
