    Abstract

    Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kreativitas siswa kelas dua sekolah dasar dalam menggambar ekspresi, yang ditandai dengan keterbatasan orisinalitas, fleksibilitas, elaborasi, dan kelancaran pada karya mereka. Untuk itu, diperlukan inovasi pembelajaran yang dapat memfasilitasi pengembangan kreativitas siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain kuantitatif one-group pretest-posttest pre-experimental. Subjek penelitian adalah 27 siswa kelas dua di sebuah sekolah dasar di Kota Bandung, dengan menggunakan tes kemampuan menggambar ekspresi dan lembar observasi aktivitas sebagai instrumen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji-t berpasangan, dan perhitungan N-Gain untuk menilai peningkatan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada keterampilan menggambar ekspresi setelah menggunakan Web Sketch dari Metademolab. Rata- rata skor pretest lebih rendah dibandingkan skor posttest meningkat secara signifikan. Uji-t menghasilkan nilai signifikansi <0,05, ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Nilai N- Gain yang diperoleh berada dalam kategori sedang hingga tinggi, menunjukkan efektivitas media dalam meningkatkan kreativitas siswa. Dengan demikian, Web Sketch Metademolab terbukti efektif sebagai media pembelajaran seni rupa, terutama dalam mendukung ekspresi dan motivasi kreatif siswa sekolah dasar. The background of this research is the low creativity of second-grade elementary school students in expressive drawing, which is characterized by limited originality, flexibility, elaboration, and fluency in their works. Therefore, learning innovations are needed to facilitate the development of students’ creativity. The research method used was a quantitative one-group pretest-posttest pre-experimental design. The subjects of the study were 27 second- grade students at an elementary school in Bandung City, with an expressive drawing ability test and activity observation sheets as the instruments. Data were analyzed using normality tests, paired t-tests, and N-Gain calculations to assess students’ improvement. The results showed a significant increase in expressive drawing skills after using the Web Sketch Metademolab. The average pretest scores were lower compared to posttest scores, which increased significantly. The t-test produced a significance value of <0.05, indicating a significant difference between pretest and posttest results. The N-Gain value obtained was in the medium to high category, showing the effectiveness of the media in enhancing students’ creativity. Thus, the Web Sketch Metademolab proved to be effective as an art learning medium, particularly in supporting the expressive and creative motivation of elementary school students.
