    Abstract

    Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Kiansantang Bandung dengan permasalahan yang menjadi kajian adalah motivasi belajar siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahuui gambaran tingkat efektivitas peran guru dalam pembelajaran, komunikasi interpersonal, dan motivasi belajar siswa. Selain itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh peran guru dalam pembelajaran dan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode explanatory survey dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan model Skala Likert yang disebarkan kepada 41 siswa jurusan Manajemen Perkantoran dan Layanan Bisnis di SMK Kiansantang Bandung. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh informasi bahwa gambaran tingkat efektivitas peran guru dalam pembelajaran dan komunikasi interpersonal berada pada kategori efektif, serta gambaran tingkat motivasi belajar siswa berada pada kategori sangat tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis didapatkan bahwa peran guru dalam pembelajaran dan komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik peran guru dalam pembelajaran dan komunikasi interpersonal, maka semakin meningkat pula motivasi belajar siswa. This research was conducted at SMK Kiansantang Bandung, focusing on the issue of students’ learning motivation. The objectives of this study are to describe the effectiveness level of teachers’ roles in learning, interpersonal communication, and students’ learning motivation. Additionally, this study aims to determine the influence of teachers’ roles in learning and interpersonal communication on students’ learning motivation. The research employed an explanatory survey method, with data collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale model distributed to 41 students in the Office Management and Business Services Department at SMK Kiansantang Bandung. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that both the teachers’ role in learning and interpersonal communication fall into the “effective” category, while students’ learning motivation is categorized as “very high.” Furthermore, the hypothesis testing reveals that the teachers’ role in learning and interpersonal communication has a positive and significant influence on students’ learning motivation. This suggests that the better the teachers' role in learning and the quality of interpersonal communication, the higher the students' learning motivation
