Abstract
Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana yang signifikan antara model latihan shooting langsung dan bergiliran terhadap akurasi shooting. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimen. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 14 siswa ekstrakurikuler di SMK Negeri 2 Kota Bandung. Dalam teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan Total Sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu 14 siswa yang mengikuti ekstrakurikuler Bola Basket. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrument tes Shooting Free Throw. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa metode latihan Shooting langsung rata-rata sebesar 1,71 dan meningkat pada saat posttest sebesar 4,86. Hasil peningkatan pretest dan postest sebesar 3,15 dan metode latihan shooting bergiliran rata-rata sebesar 1,57 dan meningkat pada saat postest sebesar 4,71. Hasil peningkatan pretest dan postest sebesar 3,14. Perbedaan berdasarakan hasil uji independent t-test menyatakan nilai Sig sebesar 0.00 < 0.05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang s ignifikan antara metode latihan shooting langsung dan metode latihan shooting bergiliran terhadap akurasi shooting Siswa Ekstrakurikuler Basket Putra SMKN 2 Bandung. This study aimed to determine the significance of the direct and rotating shooting training model on shooting accuracy. This study employed experimental research methods. The study population was 14 extracurricular stud ents at SMK Negeri 2 Bandung. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The sample consisted of 14 students who participated in extracurricular basketball. Data were collected using a free throw shooting test instrument. The results of this study ind icate that the direct shooting training method averaged 1.71, increasing to 4.86 at the posttest. The increase in the pretest and posttest amounted to 3. 15, while the rotating shooting practice method averaged 1.57 and increased to 4.71 at the posttest. The increase in the pretest and posttest was 3.14. Based on the results of the independent t-test, a sig. value of 0.01 ( <0. 05) indicates a significant influence of the direct shooting training method and the rotating shooting practice method on the shooting accuracy of male extracurricular basketball students at SMKN 2 Bandung.
