Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya intensi berwirausaha pada peserta didik SMK Negeri di Kota Bandung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menguji Theory of Planned Behavior dan Entrepreneurial Intention Model mengenai pengaruh pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan self-efficacy terhadap intensi berwirausaha peserta didik kelas 11 di SMK Negeri Kota Bandung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 767 peserta didik kelas 11 SMK Negeri di Kota Bandung, dengan sampel berjumlah 260 peserta didik yang diperoleh melalui teknik stratified random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survey explanatory melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada peserta didik. Uji asumsi klasik yang digunakan meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda untuk menguji hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan kewirausahaan dan self-efficacy berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi berwirausaha. Temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi pemahaman kewirausahaan dan keyakinan diri peserta didik, maka semakin tinggi juga keinginan mereka untuk terjun ke dunia usaha. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menawarkan kontribusi praktis dalam pengembangan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan intensi berwirausaha bagi peserta didik. This study was motivated by low entrepreneurial intention among vocational high school (SMK) students in Bandung City. The purpose of this research was examine the Theory of Planned Behavior and the Entrepreneurial Intention Model in relation of the influence of entrepreneurial Intentions of 11th grade students in public vocational schools in Bandung. The population consisted of 767 11th grade students, with a sample of 260 students selected using stratified random sampling. A quantitative approach was applied using an explanatory survey method by distributing questionnaires to the students. The classical assumption test included normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression to examine the relationships between variables. The results indicated that entrepreneurial knowledge and self-efficacy have positive an effect on entrepreneurial intention. The findings showed that the higher the students’ understanding of entrepreneurial activities. In addition, the study offered practical contributions for developing policies aimed at increasing entrepreneurial intentions among students.
