Abstract
The problem examined in this study is related to the typing skills of 10 fingers among 11th-grade students in the Office Management program at SMKN 3 Bandung, which are still not optimal. This study aims to determine the description of learning motivation, learning facilities, and student learning outcomes. Then, to find out whether there is an influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes and to determine whether learning facilities moderate the influence of learning motivation on student’ 10-finger typing learning outcomes. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanotory survey method. Data on the variables of learning motivation and learning facilities were obtained thru the distribution of questionnaires to 107 respondents who are 11th-grade students in the Office Management vocational program at SMKN 3 Bandung. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistical analysis and SEM-PLS. The research results show that the level of learning motivation and the level of learning facilities are in the moderate category, while the students’ learning outcomes indicate that most students still need to undergo remedial. Hypothesis testing reveals that learning motivation has a significant infulence on learning outcomes. Then, learning facilities moderate by strengthening the influence of learning motivation on students’ typing results significantly.
